As someone else just mentioned why are you purposely trying to forget 3 other big games like AC4, BF4 and CoD? those games are pretty huge so what KZ has done is pretty impressive on a system with a small userbase.
while im not a fan of knack that game also seem to be doing well.
Because some people play those other games on their PC's or other consoles.
@Thunder7151: You are a wild lemming so obviously you would prefer Ryse. Ryse is a mediocre 4.0 on GS and is somewhere around poop in MC. It's universally claimed as a piece of shit game and the worst game Crytek has ever made. KZSF's campaign may be boring but the MP is pretty damn good hence the 7.0 (good) it scored here on GS and 74 on MC. It may not be a masterpiece but it's a whole of a lot better than shitty Ryse Son of Fail.
Resistance: FOM sold 4 million. Still terrible game.

And then factor in that it was bundled, and for the majority of those who preordered a PS4, that bundle was one of the ONLY ways people could even get one. You couldnt even preorder a PS4 from gamestop (for a while) without getting one of the bundles.
Awesome. Brought me back into the series multiplayer since I didn't enjoy Killzone 3's. Screw the haters who probably haven't even played the game since that's a common occurrence here.

They probably shipped a million and sold half of that. The community just isn't there online. 1000-2000(MAX) players at any given time while there are tens of thousands if not 100k at a time on BF4 and Ghosts...It doesn't add up

Most of the sales came from forced bundles and the premonition that the game would be good. Truth is the game sux and everyone is pissed off that owns it.
Good thing Sony is against DRM (LOL) because you will need to trade in all this crap they give you.

I'm waiting for the free MP trial on Dec 28th-31st. The only game I picked up was AC4 (dope), and luckily Flower and flOw both ended up as cross-buys (PS3/PS4) so those were waiting for me along with Contrast (meh) and Resogun (sublime). So far I love it.
Sound Shapes is also Cross Buy and if you platinum it on 1 platform the platinum will unlock 2 more times on the other two systems ( its on PS3, Vita, PS4 ).. great game that gave me two platinumes! :D
I think I should open a studio and then sell it to Sony with a condition that I'll remain the head. It's proven time and again that no matter what kind of shit Sony publishes, as long as it's exclusives Sony drones will eat it up.

No xbox fanboys just seem to be upset because more gamers are actually buying a PS4 exclusive game over all the xbone games they overhyped and failed to win the "sales" argument that lems have always used to defend their top games.

The fact that BF4 and Ghost were there day 1 and still Killzone manage to sell 1 million units,far better than any xbox one exclusive say nothing but greatness about Killzone,after all there are another 2 FPS which are more popular and still killzone sold well,hell make me wonder how much BF4 sold.
By the way that Indie game you talked about has better score than all xbox one exclusives it sits at 85.46 thats better than Forza 5 which has 79.59 hahahaha,fun fact the PS4 also has another FPS warframe and is not on xbox one,and while it isn't highly rated,is higher rated than Ryse is on gamerankings,

these are launches and for what it's worth both did pretty well or pretty terrible. If you are butt hurt because your favorite game doesn't sell as well then go buy a few more copies and stop crying because others prefer to spend their money on games they actually want.
It's to be expected from the greatest fps series. Folks are tired of casual, twitch shooters like CoD, Halo, and Battlefield. Movin' on up to the big boy Killzone.

It has nothing to do with the system and everything to do with Shadowfall being more of the same from a series that was never particularly great to begin with.
The PS4 has had the largest console launch in history. And a pretty crap launch library (though, this is expected of modern launches). So it's no surprise that people bought games like Killzone and Knack.
Though, Killzone would've hit a mil regardless of releasing on launch. It's pretty popular series.
