Is there REALLY a wii60 alliance or is it a lie? I don't think there is personnally. The truth is this is system wars and nobodys safe. I've seen sheep guerilla tactics. Very cunning, and nice to 360 owners, but only when 360 scores a victory like with the DMC4 acquisition.
I think Wii60 as a choice in systems is alive and well. I think Wii60 as an alliance is dead and has been for months. It was an alliance of convienence, akin to the US-Soviet Alliance during World War 2. Anyone who thought it would last was fooling themselves.
It's just something cooked up in video game chatrooms and SW. People have always said that the Wii will be a good secondary system behind a 360 or PS3. But right now it looks like the 360 is clearly the way to go with a Wii in tow. I think it just snowballed from here now and is being blown all out of proportion.
im a sheep. i have a wii. i WILL get a 360, mainly because of bioware and the superior version of assassins creed. and fable 2. i hate what sony does, between their 600 dollar 360 clone with worse games, and their arrogant statements. i loved ps1 and ps2 though, but during the ps2 era i started to dislike how sony reps acted... and well.. now i want them to fail. you can thank arrogant executives for that.

True.. and I think mostly the PS360 alliance was a lie....
Any "alliance" is a lie at it's core. Yes, the Sheep and Lemmings wanted to see the PS3 fall. But with things being the way they are now, both sides have realized it doesn't matter how friendly an enemy is, they're still an enemy.
