is RE5 worth it?

I loved RE4 and I have literally beat it about 10 times on both ps2 and gamecube combined, and I played the demo andreally enjoyed that (I beat it about 10-15 times on both maps) but there are a lot of lack luster reviews for the game and im afraid to buy it. I was hoping for better reviews like RE4, is it worth the money?

Well in my opinion, it's totally worth it as I found it much better than 4.

Who cares what I think of the game, the GAME was Clearly made for fans like YOU.

im enjoying the hell out of this game. ok its an action game now and not a survival horror (although its dam hard on verteran and you don't have an abundance of ammo) but its maybe the best action game ive played this gen

Where did I say I liked or disliked the controls or not?

I was simply using the details from the OP to figure out his problem, if you want to know my story well...

I own every RE ever made, and beat RE5 multiple times....but I know many people that have issues with the controls because games like GeoW cater to the new breed of gamer.

for me it is... am having a great time playing through the sp campaign and definately will enjoy some online co-op :)

Yes it is worth checking out.

if you have a good friend who also has it or will get it then get it. I always play with my buddy and it's a blast haven't beat it yet but through 5 chapters it fun has hell also start on vetern it's a challenge and last much longer
