SNES and a bit of N64 with SM64 and Zelda OoT .. and thats all folks.

No. Nintendo hasn't been king since the SNES.

PlayStation has been king the last 4 gens.

No. I hear parents say Xbox or Playstation the way they used to refer to the game systems as "the Nintendo".

The king was overthrown a long time ago.

Playstations are the king!

I would say so.... most iconic IPs and still masterful level designers.

Despite gaming more on PC they are still the number 1 overall brand to me. Fun, properly polished games that are just a joy to play. Always reach for a Nintendo console when I've got friends over and pretty much everyone will join in on them regardless of age and how much of a TRU3 G4M3R they are.

Nah, today they are the Disney of gaming. Able to make Things that resonate with most people, even those with no interrest in gaming.

But Kings? No. The Kings of gaming nowadays are sadly the big 3rd party Publishers, Activision, EA, Bethesda and such. Each with thier small kingdom.
