Just wondering if anyone else thinks the same. Agent for ps3 disappeared. Could this be it renamed?

Seems like it has the same basis behind it. And development time.

That's not uncommon. Rockstar also kept LA Noire and RDR in the dark for a long time before building their hype the months before their release. We' are going to hear of Agent when the time comes (whenever that is).

LA Noire was in the works before this generation even began. Agent was always supposed to be a '60s spy game, not anything to do with LA or noir.

Well, seeing as we haven't seen anything from agent except a black screen and name at e3. L.A. Noire was exclusive. Same game developer. Start as a cop and work up the ranks to a "AGENT" possibly. Haven't finished game yet but there is definitely a lot of resemblance. And how many exclusives go multiplat? Definitely possible

I believe the game will be cancelled very soon ... Sony announced some games before but they never saw the light or heard about ever again ..... the game logo was cool tho.

No.

Agent is a Rockstar North game that was originally planned for ps2/xbox. The game is set during the ColdWar in the 70'sand will take players into "the world of counter-intelligence, espionage and political assassinations"

L.A.Noire is a Team Bondi game, and Rockstar picked them as their publisherup and helped them develop the game. It's a detective story about murders set inL.A. in 1947.
