I don't think Kingdom Hearts 3 has been announced yet. But Ithinkthe guy who made them (can't remember his name) mentiond that he was interested in making a Kingdom Hearts on the Wii. So my guess is it will be on the PS3 or Wii.

appearntly they are in it but not controlled by the player. Plus, they said their will be multiplayer KH Projects, im guessing the main one will be on the PS3, and one of them on a handheld or the Wii.

For the "birth by sleep" Kingdom hearts, nomura said they wanted powerful hardware, one of which they have been working on (FFXIIIVS). The clip was on the PS2, wouldn't it make sense for that game to be on the PS2's successer?
next "KH" game (not III) has practically been confirmed by Nomura to be a handheld game, which means most likely DS with all the sales and the previous spinoff being on the GBA.
no such thing yet and its been said in nomura's interview that the next KH game will not be KH3. Inform everyone. cause im already annoyed by the fact people asking if there was a KH3
