Yes it is a timed exclusive. The 360 version comes out the 19th and there is still no release date for the PS3 version all it says is Q3 2007.

This is a Codemasters game and the 360 is getting plenty of "timed" exclusives because programming for the PS3 is like walking through a mine field on stilts.
