I have not heard of any serious performance issues for DA:I. Looks like its not as bad as people are making it too be. There are games without that run like shit. And that rumor it causing SSD damage doesn't seem legit based on what I seen. It time to stop pointing fingers and look at it from both ends.

It was probably propaganda started by pirates/crackers

WIth that being said Lords of the fallen was writing a shitload and crashing a lot. Dragon age seems fine though.

This.

Pirates are not interested in if this works perfectly without effecting the game. They actively want it to effect games in order to justify being criminal scum. Many are simply angry that DRM exists now that they are having trouble getting around.

I hope this works as intended and stops games being stolen. These paper pretend pc gamers are the cancer that almost killed it in the first place.

SecuROM destroyed my DVD-ROM drive.

I wouldn't put it past another form of DRM causing damage to hardware.

As a collector who values the right to gift/lend/trade/borrow/rent/sell my games, I don't buy multiplats on my various gaming PCs due to DRM (unless pennies on the dollar).

Denuvo issues is just another reason why I avoid it. It sucks about piracy of course, but I just skip the whole thing. On the flip side, there are pirates that would claim anything to get rid of DRM for their own nefarious reasons.
