[QUOTE="carljohnson3456"][QUOTE="HarlockJC"][QUOTE="carljohnson3456"] Even if it flopped, the Dragon rider from Lair would have to be in it... and his finisher could be his dragon swooping down, lighting up his opponent with fire.
Like I said, this all sounds cool, but it would be lame. lol.

Was lair any better after they updated the controller. The game looks good like something from Anna Anne McCaffrey's world of Pern.
No, the patch sucked. The controls were inverted only, you didnt have the option to change it. I preferred motion control myself, but I dont think that is why the game sucked.
The motion control was cake, it was the time mission and lack of directions for the player that killed the game in my opinion. Other than that it was fun.
Well that sinks
I was really thinking about giving the game a try it looks amazing and well I was hoping with the update. oh well
The game as many said, is Rogue Squadron with Dragons. Dont go thinking that he is an X-Wing though, cause he has more juice to him. I really like the game, its an 8 in my book. But due to the lack of a compulsory tutorial and the time restrictions in the missions, its quite hard to get the hang of it for new comers. I was already used to Rogue Squadron scheme so I picked it up really fast. The only thing cool about the patch was the extra dragons. The motion controls are way better than the analog ones imo.
All in all, the game is solid, if you find it cheap buy it cause its a nice, fresh experience. The game though, started with some amazing premises in the early levels, as huge bosses and such, but for some reason, there were only a handful of huge bosses. Some animations (explosions) dont look good, mostly because the stages are big, and there is a lot going on in most of them. Imo, the best stages are the last ones, the final stage has this really huge final battle, with hundreds of soldiers which is really cool. The game is more Japanese oriented in terms of battle settings and such, this is noticeable in the last stage, were after this really huge battle, the final "boss" is actually quite of a let down (fits in the game story, but not in a game).
