If your company backed out of the race, to which company would you migrate to?

The hedgehogs faced this dilema. After the Dreamcast failed, they had nowhere to go, so they chose to become sheep. And they lived happily ever after, enjoying their SEGA games that were now exclusive to Nintendo.

But what if YOUR company had to back out of the race for some reason?

What if Sony had to back out because their PS3's aren't selling and they lost billions of dollars in it? Where would the cows go?

What if Microsoft had to back out because their Xbox 360 failed not only in Japan but everywhere else? Where would the lemmings go?

What if the Wii or the DS never existed? Where would sheep go?

I (a mantisheep) would go to be come a Hermit. PC gaming is looking good these days, and the new Games for Windows service makes it easier to be a hermit than it was before.

Where would you go? 

No company, I play games on any platform, as should all gamers.

I have 2 consoles xD Dunno what to pick, I would probably become a 'Hermit' :idea:

Not true. Some of us became the first generation of Lemmings. I know JSRF was why I bought my Xbox initially. I used to be a Hedgehog, but I think having the carpet yanked out from under me, so to speak, is why I play around with all the systems now.

Well i went to ps2 and gamecube...

Then xbox 360 and it broke...

Wish sega still made consoles

I'd go to PC since they'd get all the games the Xbox would have had. I love the Xbox

If MS (currently my machine of choice) were to go down under, I don't know. Chances are I'd turn PS3, though full-fledged hermitdom is tempting.

I always prefer to have a console on hand even if I have a decent PC rig, just because it tends to be easier to have games with 2-3 friends around (not to mention, sports games minitournies and rivalries are so much easier on console...)
