Lemmings seriously, if you think that Lost Planet and Dead Rising wont go multiplat also then your very naive. DMC was SUPPOSEDLY a huge Exclusive PS3 only title, now if DMC out of all games went multiplat, whats to stop capcom releasing Lost Planet and Dead Rising on the PS3?!. Trust me, Capcom is money hungry and after the Euro PS3 launch, the PS3 will have reach 3 million units sold, Capcom wants to milk their titles for all their worth, so expect to see Lost Planet and Dead Rising to the PS3 in the coming months or so. and dont even start with the "bu bu bu teh capcom already promised that they are both exclusive to the 360" lol yea just like they promised DMC was exclusive just a month or so ago
Why would they port DMC4? Like a billion other developers, they see too much risk in exclusively developing for the PS3 and decide to go multiplat. It's likely that Capcom will whore Dead Rising or Lost Planet out somehow, but why would they put the money into recreating Dead Rising or Lost Planet for the PS3 if they knew that there would be little chance of turning a profit or even breaking even?
I dont want Lost Planet and Dead Rising. I think those games are not as good as DMC series. 360 can keep them...shungokustasu
I dont like them either, I want them for the simple fact so lemmings can quit being naive by thinking that capcom loves them, that will prove that Capcom just wants money and that will also mean 2 less exclusives for lemms to brag about
there arent 12million 360 owners either. shipped =/= sold, becasue not every system shipped ends up in someones home, getting used. and how many consoles are in consumers homes is the number that matters.

you trust that? Seeing how the 'exclusive' games like Saints Row and Oblivion were missing it, I'd say that anything without the mark is likely to be ported, and if it does have it it's staying put on the 360. Lost Planet also has the mark.

Not entirely, perhaps I should have been clearer. I'm just wondering why Capcom would put that on if it was possible they would make it multiplat in the future. Thats what I'm wondering about.
I figure since they put it there they must have decided to keep it exclusive, but maybe they'll flip flop.... who knows. I personally think Dead Rising will stay 360 exclusive.
This is a fairly sound analysis but you have to remember that DMC is being released simultaneously on both platforms and LP and DR have been on xbox for a while now. Timed exclusivity is better than being completely multiplat (although obviously true exclusivity is better than both--I get the feeling very few huge titles will really be truly exclusive; perhaps MGS4 to the PS3 and Halo 3 to the 360).

Why go multiplatform when your system is barely selling anyways? As you clearly admit by stating and I paraphrase, "With the launch in Europe, the PS3 will finally reach 3 million". Sad really!
