indeed thank you for getting my back on that one @lostrib. Now I'm not saying PSN is trash, it could be how my router is set up I dunno.. But I often have connection or lag problems on my ps4 and everything works fine on my X1.. Not to mention yes all my friends I played the 360 with have all gotten X1's except one who's gone ps4 for now.

If you finally decide to not be close minded TC, why not just buy a PS3? It's way cheaper than a PS4, and it actually has lots of games to play.

I am no fanboy but in gen seven I was xbox 360 and wii only. Then the support for both systems died out of no where and Sony became more inciting. I always liked Nintendo consoles better than Sony's (n64>ps1 and Gc>ps2) but I took a shot with the psp and it was ass, so I thought Sony wasn't a good option.

But then the vita came around and I bought into it and I just love it. From the big titles to the indie games and the media features like YouTube (a real legit YouTube app), I was wowed, especially by how fast the operating system is. Then I got a ps3 late in gen 7 and now I have a ps4 and I play all three consoles when I'm not playing 3ds or my bro's Wii U.

I would invest in a PS3, they are dirt cheap now, and with PS+ you would have a big library in no time. Plus all its good games should be cheap by now, if you look at amazon. PS4 is a good buy, but the PS3 is a good console that any gamer should have in its collection.

Not for download. It would be possible if Sony gave the developed PS3 emulation software for the PS4, but considering they will want to push PlayStation Now they probably won't. With that said they will probably have many of the games available to stream

I'm actually a bit of a flip-flopper when it comes to Sony and Microsoft. I went from PS2 to 360 and am considering the PS4 over the Xbone right now.

Uncharted 1-3 for PS 4 wouldn't be very expensive. Easier than doing a pc port since they only have one config to test and don't have to implement mouse/kb controls. God of War hd on ps3 surely took more work since PS 3 was so much more complicated.

I doubt streaming will every catch on with the masses.

lol, Sony hasnt persuaded you...cows and Sony fanboys have. despite everything you've said nothing about the ps4 shows that its the best system to have, right now. you just fed into the rhetoric and fanboy bullshit a little too much and went with to the ps4. the ps4 has few full retail games with big gaps to wait between them. even with those the graphics take hits because greatly exaggerated the power of the system. every exclusive game shown and discussed is taking hits graphically or in the gameplay department, none are flatout 1080p/60fps...indies and a few multiplats that are 1080p/60 fps that take a hit graphically elsewhere lol. you didnt fall into some sort of revelation with this...you fell for fanboy nonsense, lies, and bullshit. Sony/ps4 didnt change your mind by having something better.

you'll see this after playing Killzone, Knack, and eventually Infamous having a dust collector later...then you'll realize it again after you start seeing how much more the XB1 can actually do, and what the ps4 can't even do...and then again after E3 when you realize MS is pumping out the games at an alarming rate even though it has the best retail games already, as well as arcade, XB/PC games, right now, already. Xbox/MS hasnt pushed you away. they have been doing great with the games and features lately...all Sony has been doing is releasing news about laying its devs off, selling buildings, being very vague about games. you just got mentally programmed by some nitwits who have been on DC for the passed 9 years.

I think both PS4 and Xbox One are pretty lame at the moment now. I ended up picking up a PS4. It'll be fine eventually. I'm having way more fun with my PS3 and Wii U now. Grab a PS3 for all the sweet PSplus deals.

In their eyes, their console of choice is better, and there are plenty of personal reasons as to why they find their console of choice better. Not everybody is the same, and not everybody likes the same things, fighting other people and making an obvious effort to degrade other people and the other person's console of choice is immature.

The best option is to own both next gen consoles and a decent gaming PC. If you lack the funds, then the next best option is to have both consoles.
