Another great bundle with pay what you want, $1 minimum for keys, and get: Dragon Age Origins, Peggle, Dead Space 2, MoH Allied Assault, C&C Generals.

Beat the $4.50 average to get: Plants and Zombies: Garden Warfare, Dragon Age II, Bejeweled 3, Mass Effect 2, and additional unlocked games later on.

I have a lot of these games already, but I'll probably drop the $4.50 for charity's sake.

Amazingly enough, I have everything from that bundle.

I was pretty sure I had boycotted EA...

@musicalmac:

EA ran a $10 ME trilogy deal on Origin a few months ago, so there's a chance ME3 could slip in at a later time.

It's cool they include Peggle and Bejeweled. A little something for everyone, just in case grandma doesn't want to play through Dead Space 2 again.

Right, that's what I'm waiting for (ME3). If that appears, I will probably pick it up.

looks like the origin games are just bundled into a single key. You can get individual steam keys for DA:O, ME2, Bejeweled, and Dead Space 2

I am a philanthropist. I do these game deals for the charity.

Also, they should include a lot more free games if you ask me and maybe coupons to Macy's.

I wish it would be their god damned DLC!!! How is it they have constant sales for the "Mass Effect Trilogy" marked down to $15, but all the dlc for Mass Effect 2 or 3 are never on sale or bundled.. Basically making one dlc pack more expensive than the entire trilogy when on sale. Absolutely ridiculous with how old the games are now..

@SolidTy:

I know you're a philanthropist, which is why when you pass on I would like you to bequeath me 10% of your games. That would be something like 1000 games, if my calculations are correct. :P

Usually they benefit Child's Play charity, which is a very cool charity that helps link up video games to families with children who are hospitalized. I've seen the benefits of having games to take your focus off the pain and have some fun during hard times first hand when my bro was in for over a week. This time around it looks like a few choices. Girls Who Code sounds cool. I'm encouraging my daughter to get into game development.

Irony of calling a charity for children "Child's Play"...Chucky is here to fix you, kids!

Yeah, fair point. I'd like it to include the DLC as well. I suppose the deal for the Humble Bundle may have been made around the idea that giving people the game would encourage them to go out and get the DLC, which I think it a pretty compelling business model. It gives the appearance that developers/publishers truly believe in their product.

@gamecubepad: That's funny you say that because I always used to think of Chucky when I saw "Child's Play" as a charity in the past as well, lol.

I was just kidding around a bit; I know about Humble because I've had an account for years. Although, this would be my first bundle that included Origin games. Not a problem though since I also have an origin account.

Thanks for making the thread.

Oh, you were making fun of me. I see, well...

As strange as it is to say, Origin has really nice interface and I find it more appealing than Steam. Now the important factor of TRUST is not there with EA. I trust Valve.

Already have Origins from the "on the house" promotion last fall, plus I've also beat the ME trilogy on 360. Otherwise this looks like a steal. Waiting to see what the revealed games are, otherwise I'm not too interested.

Hahaha...Yeah, well, you know, that’s just, like, your opinion, man. To be clear, it wasn't making fun of you per se. It was more a general statement about charity and it's givers during these humble times. :P

I agree with your assessment of Origin. Origin does have a pleasant interface, but the trust in EA isn't there for me either. EA doesn't have what it takes to be a Lebowski Achiever.

Love that gif. The older I get the more I feel that way. We need more Lebowski gifs on this board. "That's like, your opinion, man" is only scratching the surface.

These games were already free on Origin...

I'll see what next week has to offer when they reveal the rest. I'm interested in ME2/3.

I love Dead Space but I have it on 360 already.
