I understand that MS has dedicated servers for every game and 300K Azure servers all over the world. How much of a difference will this be in next gen online gaming.

Do we know how fast Psn for PS4 will be? Didn't Sony say that Psn for ps4 is under a different infrastructure? It will be an interesting gen if Sony beats Microsoft in the online department. ;)
It won't make it "faster" it'll just make a for a nicer experience. Dedicated serves just mean you're not relying on one persons connection so you won't ever join a game and have it be a complete lag fest where the host has a major advantage and you won't have to put up with games kicking you out or switching when the host leaves.
It's not magic though, people with shitty connections are still going to have shitty connections and lag around the map.
PSN will defs improve. I would expect for $60 a year that the service will improve. I am happy with PSN on PS3 despite the problems, it is free afterall

Wouldn't bet on it, the $60 will go on the losses they are making on each console at least until they can break even and then it will be on bringing the free rent games to PSN.
