I loved this game - but I'll probably pass. I never played Frozen Wilds... but I'd rather get Ghost of Tsushima and chip away at my PC backlog of new experiences

I didn't get far in HZD on my PS4. I might now, especially it being 60+ FPS.

Thankfully, i'm in the recommended specs. I'll still probably have to drop down to 1440p in order to get that 60+ fps.

Mine is bought and ready to download. I played the OG, but not the Frozen Wilds.

I can easily run it. I won’t purchase it again unless I’m in the mood to play it again. Maybe in a few years and when it’s discounted. I got all the trophies for the game awhile ago, and I’m still good. I had my fix.

Might grab it if I get bored waiting for CP77.

I'm in the same boat as you are TC. Would play if I had nothing else.

Me! My PC will slaughter this game at 1440p, so I am pretty stoked.

I enjoyed it on PS4 but the controller really killed it for me, and I never finished it...I feel like I was essentially playing it hamstrung. With mouse and keyboard I will be free to enjoy it as it should be enjoyed.

The visual boost won't hurt, either :D

Will they be adding anything to it? Developer commentary, "director's cut" stuff, extra content? Or is it a straight port?

Never finished it on ps4, but spent a lot of time doing random shit in the open world. Not worth double dipping in my opinion.

The article says this about goodies: "PC version will also include the Frozen Wilds expansion, the Carja Storm Ranger Outfit, Carja Mighty Bow, and Carja Trader Pack, the Banuk Trailblazer Outfit, Banuk Culling Bow, and Banuk Traveller Pack, a Nora Keeper Pack, and a digital art book"

Nothing too special, but the new outfits and artbook are nice touches.

I think the biggest bonus is the added customization and framerate as you noted ;-)

I play it on PS4 like 3 times and already pre-order it on Steam cause HZD is still my fav new IP game since it launch 2017 and totally looking forward to replaying it on PC and trust me, no one thought of this game would come to PC. It's always nice to see more and more games come to PC so that everyone can play this awesome game.

Edit: The specs are kinda old news but nevertheless, it's always nice to be informed.

It was a pretty good game a solid 8/10 to me I enjoyed my time with it. But i've no desire to go through a second time, I don't think open world ubi type games tend to mix well with replayability; A sony special one and done unfortunately. Bet them PC screenies will look real nice with the much improved PC graphics though.

Great game replayed it twice but I'm going to wait for a sale until I double dip.

Will be interesting how KBM handles bow action. I loved Horizon but KBM is definitely the way to play for finesse shots. Hope PS5 sequel will have native mouse support!

Am I crazy? I saw the requirements roughly 2 weeks ago and I remember those specs. Maybe it was a "leak" article.

I'll probably be still busy with Ghost of Tsushima come next week, but I'll install this and give the benchmark a go to see how it runs.

Played it on a base ps4 and thought it looked one of best of the generation so at 60fps on pc i can't imagine how good it will be.

@xantufrog: PC-Gamer aren’t the only ones reporting it. Other outlets are also reporting it. That’s because on July 3rd, the requirements weren’t on the Steam page. They only got there yesterday.

Still probably need a better GPU for 144Hz at max settings... But if stable 60+ it is ok imo.

I'm excited to play it again. I loved the over-arching story and I never played the DLC.

Gonna be so smooth and snappy at 165Hz :)

So not a PS exclusive??? Isn't that what all the PS people say about MS when their games land on PC?
