Hollow Knight is out! But sadly it's not getting the attention it deserves

Hollow Knight has been released on Steam and it's the best looking game only after Ori and the Blind Forest. The game's atmosphere and gameplay has a Dark Souls vibe in it. And the subtle detail to animation is very pleasing like when opening map our hollow knight actually look at the map and while moving the grasses bend etc. For a 2-D platformer game, it looks absolutely stunning.

To all those PC gamers who loved Ori please support this game too.

They'll get my money if they bring it to XOne as well. Looks good

I've been playing this. I'm about 4 hours in. The art is great and the games physics are solid. I didn't like that my character would bounce off of enemies when I hit them but I found a charm that fixes that.
I do not like this game as much as ori and I think its because they designed the game to be intentionally tedious. For instance the mapping is locked behind items at the beginning of the game and you have to constantly find the map guy to buy new areas. Otherwise you can explore an entire area and it doesn't track it. I get what they were trying to do but in these metroid style games that just isn't how most of the games work. I also feel like its a good bit easier than Ori, at least so far.

Is it coming out for the ps4?

I'll check it out once I get my Switch.

I thought Owlboy was the best looking game since Ori, so shouldn't this be the best looking game since Owlboy? I need to check out all three of these games eventually.
