Oh ok.

Me too, I will be skipping the console version and wait for the PC version.

What you just posted was said literally 2 days after it was announced

#6 Posted by freedomfreak (39211 posts) -
Older than GTAIV.
#7 Posted by SPYDER0416 (16736 posts) -

We've known that since the cover story last month dude.

Personally I'm just wondering how they'll handle the world, I hope they don't make it an island again. I'd love to just have the outer areas away from the beaches be pure endless cornfields you can never escape and with no variation in sight.

You know, just like in the real middle America.

This, old news, was posted last month...

Also, I'll take it with a truckload of salt. That's a large promise, will believe it when I see it...

Just more to hate
#11 Posted by PAL360 (26725 posts) -

Yeah, that's impressive. A bit old, though.

#12 Posted by sukraj (22161 posts) -

Bigger than all 3 of those games thats just amazing.

#13 Posted by TheEroica (13315 posts) -
Thats great and all but does it equate to a better game? Sometimes mega large worlds can be irritating if theyre somewhat barron (looks at la noire)
#14 Posted by 1080pOnly (1986 posts) -

Amazing! Shame you won't be able to see most of it through the all pervasive fog. Honestly they should have waiting for next gen when the hardware would have been able to run it.

#15 Posted by MercenaryMafia (2917 posts) -
Old, but impressive. MY BODY IS READY.
#16 Posted by dantesergei (1817 posts) -
That's ridiculous, i'm skeptic about this.
#17 Posted by kweeni (10898 posts) -
That's gonna be one huge map if true. Hope it is.
#18 Posted by SaltyMeatballs (25150 posts) -
Old. Maybe if you weren't arguing about teh imaginary (unannounced) PC version being superior you would have seen it.
#19 Posted by PSP107 (11849 posts) -
According to the link, GTA SA was 13.9 square miles. How big was RDR and GTA4?
#20 Posted by seanmcloughlin (38214 posts) -

lol someone's slow :P

#21 Posted by k2theswiss (16599 posts) -
SUPER OLD like 2 months. at least.
#22 Posted by GamerwillzPS (8530 posts) -

While some people are saying that this is old news, but apparently it's fresh news to some people here, myself included.

If it's old to you, it doesn't mean it's old to everybody else.

GTA 5 more padded than GTA 4, San Andreas, and Red Dead Redemption combined.
#24 Posted by Riadon2 (1609 posts) -

A JC2-sized map would be amazing.

I'd rather it didn't get bigger. I'd rather they focused area detail. Aka every building home accessible.

Also.... OJ Simpson was found innocent of murder.... must be "new" news because I just heard it.

See the problem with that logic?

Maybe you should just stick to posting your usual drivel Gamerwillz instead of making useless threads with extremely old news ;)

I think it's time for PC and Wii U owners to start begging.

It will be odd if a Wii U version doesn't release. GTA 5 was in development for years and you mean to tell me they didnt have Wii U dev kits in that time?

They don't care about the stupid wiiuniversity and its yesteryears spec list

#40 Posted by Masenkoe (4888 posts) -

Older than GTAIV.freedomfreak

#41 Posted by SecretPolice (21493 posts) -

That would be for GTA6 on next gen systems somewhere around late 2015 - early 2016. :P

I thought Wii U is more powerful than PS3/360?

lol@"gay and old".

How did you come up with those words to describe a game?

#46 Posted by Mozelleple112 (6630 posts) -

When San Andreas came out, it was bigger than GTA3, Vice City and GTA IV combined. I am not surprised the sequel to San Andreas or spirtual succesor if you prefer... is larger than RDR, GTA4 and San Andreas itsself combined!

#47 Posted by sukraj (22161 posts) -

I hope they concentrate on the density of the open world.

#48 Posted by Metallic_Blade (256 posts) -

That's nice and all, but hopefully the game runs at a playable frame-rate this time around on the PC release. GTA:IV PC version was an absolute abomination... lightly put.

Sounds like an 11 year old's way of describing a game.
