Gears of War 4 linear cinematic walking King

All we saw at E3 was linear cinematic walking with B movie narrative, a bunch of set pieces, come across some cover which means badly designed maggot enemies are about to pop out. Wow sounds so much better than teh linear PS4 games all Grafix no gameplay.

The walking is probably more game play than the heavy scripted scenes of UC4

The 6 min demo was more linear, had breaks in action, scripted events and cheesy in-game commentary than all 3 uncharted games combined, but somehow the lemmings loved it. lol all I know is lems are the most notorious group for instant flip flops that I've ever seen.

And yah, all Gears games have some cinematic walking in the campaign, and it sucks, but it's not nearly as bad as you make it out to be.

I'd say it's roughly 10% walking, 90% shooting. Not bad for a ~6 hour campaign

Uncharted 4 trailer looked a lot better than the Gears 4 one. both graphically and gameplay wise.

Linear games can be fun, but the demo was boring as hell.

It could have been easliy done on X360, that would have been more impressive.

You realize that was the first thing ever shown for it right, it was an announcement. I highly doubt the entire game will be like that, it's way too early to be taking shots.
