:( really wish Uncharted and Halo 5 were confirmed for next year
Halo 5 is confirmed for 2014. Uncharted only has a tentative release date, but they said they were avoiding 'safe' sequels for the list. Hell, the only safe sequel on there is Super Smash Bros, everything else is either a departure from genre and franchise conventions or a new IP.
@charizard1605: huh didn't know that about Halo. But yeah, next year looks like it's going to be epic. There are numerous games on that list I'm excited about
Edit: dammit! When will I stop referring to 2014 as next year haha

Yes sir, it's been confirmed.
Strangely enough, I had no problems switching from 2013 to 2014 internally haha
I like this list.
I'm surprised X made it on there but GT really does love Xenoblade.
X is one of the few Wii U games, alongside Mario Kart, Smash Bros., and Bayonetta, that appeals to western media outlets.
@charizard1605: I would chop:
Dark Souls 2
Titanfall
Super Smash Brothers
The Evil Within
You're chopping out the best games!
PRETTY MUCH ALL BUYS FOR ME
well minus the sony exclusives. not 100% sure when i be getting a ps4.
That should be good, I threw in Infamous for whoots.
@charizard1605: worst in my opinion.
Dark Souls 2 - I own the first two and I can see the appeal I just appreciate other RPG way more. Also I really don't like the series' animation priority.
Titanfall - no campaign, no purchase. I just don't have the time to be competitive any longer, too many games to play to focus on one that never ends.
Super Smash Brothers - stopped caring back with Melee. My favorite fighter series, but that's still not enough.
The Evil Within - Never gave a damn for survival horror titles.
At least at a time that Western developers are making strides in gaming in the last several years that some Japanese-developed games made the list.
Hey, X made the list, I'm shocked! :D the game really needs more attention if we're going to get any info on it.

I haven't had the issues ever before and then all of a sudden 2014 comes along and I still refer to it as next year haha
Evil Within is coming this year? Excellent.
My list:
Destiny is only #10?? No mention of Watchdogs?
Gametrailers, you disappoint :|
The Division >>> Watch_Dogs
@foxhound_fox: Can you explain to be what the appeal of Watch Dogs is? I've seen trailers, and interviews. But I still unclear why the game is one of the most anticipated titles for 2014. I'd rather be playing The Division.
I have absolutely no idea. People are just anticipating it (I think) because it's Ubisoft's next big AAA title. But from what I've seen, it's just a bunch of smoke and mirror gimmicks. Like, we can mess up traffic lights? Neat. What does that do to push gaming forwards?
The Division is playing around with a different type of multiplayer (from what I understand, it's a persistent MMO co-operative open world) that could actually do something to evolve gaming. It is also running on a brand spanking new engine that is visually stunning (I know it's kind of gimmicky, but there is dynamic weather, including snow, that builds up and melts away over time).
Watch Dogs looks like Demon's/Dark Souls set in the near future with hacking as the main gameplay element.

Rubbish.

Have you seen gameplay videos of Division? It's likely to be a MP hit at least on consoles.

I see , is from the original RE director/designer/developer.. entirely other company and from a guy that made one of my favorite franchises ever ( up to RE4 which i didnt like ) . .. Thats awesome , now im excited and it might take my second position after that clarification from Destiny. Thanks for pointing that out , for a reason i thought was a crapcom title.
Evil Within looks super mediocre.
While RE4 stunk on the horror aspect it still was a fun action game in it.So I have faith we will at least get that.
