We look at the recent BBC epidemic in full detail and what can be done, if anything about it. Animal Mother is rocking the new shades and we look to special guest star Blabadon for guidance.
@Heil68: Bring Lulu_Lulu. And make it about stat based rpg's and anti co-op.
Yes! lol
lol Why is animalmother banned?
He has no discipline to stay off GS while he pursues other shit..lol It's a temp ban and he'll be back later.
Unless he also banned himself from Reddit and Steam and any of the game console networks, the ban will be useless.
Disappointed you didn't get to the flop. Fun show though! Looking at innovation and what clarifies a game being "next gen" (or current gen if you wanna look at it that way) is difficult, and could be a much lengthier discussion that what you guys had done. Kudos to the discussion cause it's an interesting topic.

We are definitively talking about the FLOP this week. I will not let us get sidetracked.
the bbc epidemic isnt limited to just gamespot, my gf has got it too. the cyber virus has spread to living organisms it seems.
@TheEroica make sure to play this song when @Heil68 talks about Captain Toad, so that his statements are taken with the proper amount of seriousness they deserve.
I'll let other chime in on the FLOP that Captain FLOP is notorious for.
We already got the theme music anyways.
@Zassimick: @Heil68: thanks for the kind words brother... Yep, this week is a Heil led cast. The flop and the wake of butthurt they cause will be in full effect.
A good time for it! The Captain Toad flop should get the focus it deserves, but this year has been a year with a lot of disappointment and Captain Toad is a great jumping off point to talk about all of these flops like Destiny and Unity; I know you covered a bit of that in this week's episode but I'd be interested in hearing more about these games flopping and what leads to hyping games up. Analyzing dat hype train choo choo! :P
I'm interested in reaching out sometime to be a guest if you guys are interested. Will have to see what my schedule is like whenever you have an open spot but yeah, I think it'd be fun to join in.
@Zassimick: great to hear. The podcast is your show, so just let us know when you'd like to be on and we'll make sure @Willy105: doesn't let us forget. :P
We record most Thursdays at 9pm EST but we accommodate for friends across the pond.

We can also talk about how Captain Toad is a finished game, unlike the other flops this year that were either lacking on content demanded from a finished game (Destiny) or actually unfinished in various ways or another (Unity). It's a great segway as to why Nintendo won Best Developer of 2014 at the Game Awards.
@getyeryayasout: absolutely, and I don't mean to beat the dead horse, but trading fluidity of control for better animations isn't a great trade to me. I get it, I'm not fighting it, but I'm also not going to acknowledge that games are in fact better because of the players animations. I want tight fluid controls first and foremost.
I returned to mordor last night after finishing creed Saturday afternoon. Mordor controls like a Ferrari compared to creeds Ford pinto... Too bad mordor as a setting is about as boring and drab as it gets, but as far as controlling my character and offering a responsive feature set of controls, mordor absolutely crushes creed around every corner... Upgrades too, No question.
All things considered, mega budget games cater to the broadest gamers.... But I'm not putting them on a pedestal when I can play a five dollar indie that gives me a far greater sense of control and impact on the world around me.
Tl:Dr version... Resogun is a more exciting game to play than Uncharted 4 will be...

I dont DC FLOPS :) In fact, accepting the FLOP is natural, healthy and needed to let the healing begin.

No need for healing if theirs no hurting. I think you need to accept that not everyone cares as much as you about flops.
well, i haven't listened to one of these in a while. i'm very keen to hear of the rise of the black cocks.
obviously we all know why they go flaccid. 'cos you get your end away.
