Gamers have Spoken: Beyond is Amazing!

First off...if you don't know who PewDiePie is, he's the most popular gamer on YouTube, holding close to 15million subs.

Now, Beyond, like other QuanticDream games, has caused much polarization in the community...SW community that is.

However, Pewds is just wrapping up his walkthrough, and with, on average, a comment posted every 10 seconds...well here's just a small taste of the majority of posters: (warning, there are spoilers)

Personally...The Last of Us is still my goty, but on my third playthrough of Beyond...and it is amazing.

I can't imagine spending $60 hard earned dollars on a game like this, but I do want to play it when it hits the bargain bin.

Definitely a great game, Quantic Dream is one of my favourite developers, they truly make you care about the characters that are in the game

Completely agree with the criticisms and the praises. You simply have to try it for yourself to determine which holds more weight for you.

Beyond Two Souls is awesome, I'm on the last chapter and I'm very impressed with it. Probably in my top 5 best games released this whole year, and Ellen Page's performance is really really good. Totally recommend it to anyone who liked Heavy Rain

Sony wont drop core like MS did in 2009 and I still chuckle from all your talk in the past about how insignificant exclusives are. ;) I'll stick to my guns though,I love my exclusives and Sony will continue to deliver after all when you post the #truth and fight for freedom and justice, AND Live, Learn and Love to the fullest each day, it's demanded of ones self.

Pewdiepie is an overrated POS, and so is Beyond 2 soul, lol.

I'd rather see movie critic's opinion on it personally. It's a game but it's obviously trying to be a movie of sorts, so I'd like to see how it holds up to people who aren't gamers (whom quite often hype up garbage stories).

You'd actually have to pay me to play a game like Heavy rain or Beyond Two Souls. The lack of player control in a game is one of those things that makes me go nuts. I thought Uncharted 2 crossed that line too far so you can imagine how awful an experience like Beyond would be for me.

Heavy Rain was ok, but I jsut lost interest somehwere near the mid to late portion of the game. Although a few parts got pretty intense. If i find it in the cheap bin ill try beyond.

My thoughts on the video:

DAT TWIST THOU... even the title gave a clear impression it's not something you want watching... then a second later, some annoying guy popped up, and uttered a few words that instantly forced my hand towards that nice red X button in the corner.

All in all, I give this a 0/10, and I feel sad for the cows who have fallen so low to use a random Youtuber to make a point.

I rented the game with low expectations and was still disappointed.

Gaming sites have spoiled so much of the game (right after saying there would be no spoilers) that I am completely not interested in buying the game.

I won't comment on scores, but this game has received the definition of "mixed reception". It's not a groundbreaking game, can't compete for GOTY, and certainly not a system seller.

It's really not that great. Not even as a movie. But this is why crappy movies make a lot of money in Hollywood.

This game is great. I rented it, beat it, then went out and plopped down $60 for it. But come on. YouTube comments? What a lousy metric to use. On some s*it called Pewdie Pie Pie or WhateverTF it was? You make every PS3 owner and person who enjoys this look bad by pulling this type of stuff.
