What is it called when a game is assumed to blow then it does well?

It has to be one word.. no "surprise hit"

Not saying it will, but i'd laugh if it got like an 8.5

But GS likes to give games it dosent like crappy scores in everything rather than dodging around the scores... it shoudl get a 10 in graphics, no matter how well it plays.. but if they dont like it they'll give it like a 6..

I used to love F1 games on the PC. From what I've read this game isn't even average or worth a look at. Shame!!

Racing with the Europeans will be the best part of F1. The European community on Rallisport Challenge 2 was like the icing on the cake in that game. My experence with them was that they were for the most part adults, intelligent, good sports, and entertaining to be around, not to mention kick ass rally racers. The quality of people you interact with when you get to play with the European gamers far surpasses my experiences with my own countrymen, who are, lets be honest, a bunch of mindless jerks the majority of the time.

Yea , the GT series selling over 45 million copies makes it a crappy game right? :roll: PS3 has GT5 to call its own great racing game.

meh even Virtua Fighter 5 did pretty badly, guess what PS3 is killing the franchises :(

First of all F1 is not a B game.  It is in fact a Z game.  Every time i rent an F1 game they get worse every year.  This year will be no different.  I'm still waiting for Forza.

7.0-7.9 is a possibility for F1... It's not horrible. It's a pretty good technical showcase for the PS3 anyhow.

iv have f1ce and its a great f1 sim . i dont understand the crap reviews. that ign review is stra8 bull they take points off for it being 2 real ?? they have ppl that know scrap about sims doing the review for this game
