Feeling ripped off (microsoft related)

im getting anerror saying "Can't retrieve information from Xboxlive. Please try again later. Status code: 801613fb" when trying to redeem a 1600 MS points card.

I've emailed MS about 20 hours ago and still no response. i can't help but feel ripped off by this, since i blew 20 bucks on something completely useless.

anyone else experience the same or have any suggestions/ideas?

hey l1mIt, hows theVF3 online modefor theps3.....oh yeah thats right. "NO ONLINE FOR YOU" (in the soup nazis voice). Anyways I feel ripped off with the xbla. Games are 400 and 800 pts but you can only buy 500 and 1000 points packs. Thats a rip off for sure.

just called, and it was stated they arnt taking my call yet because of lines being busy or some bs.

the card says clearly unrefundable

1. Ring them. Yes, maybe you don't like using the phone but do you expect an E-mail to be quick?

2. Your XBL connection itself could be wrong. Are other aspects of XBL working?

3. Are you sure you are entering the right code, make sure you're not getting os and 0s mixed up.
