Far Cry 3 and Blood Dragon where awesome....definitely looking forward to #4.

Some games like Postal 2 and Grand Theft Auto try to be offensive to get a laugh. Ubisoft (being cunts) made Farcry 3 genuinely offensive in the most cynical manner humanly possible.

The characters and the story was just, awful.
It's basically a racist simulator.

A lot of people found FC3 pretty racist, and now the cover of FC4 is a white man on a throne with his hand placed on a kneeling "person of color" who appears to be bound and holding a grenade

Nah, they're both asian. The slave's skin tone is a bit darker, but that's about it.

Cover looks stupid... main boss looks lame as hell for reasons that don't need to be stated... However, I'm sure the game will kick ass, so I guess it evens out.

But Ubisoft, you haven't even shown anything from the game and are already asking us to pre-order to get 'exclusive' stuff, cut from the main game.

Aside from the story (which matters little to me personally in an fps) FC3 was great. Looking forward to this!

i liked far cry one. all the other far crys, i didn't think they held a candle to the original.

The release date seems pretty close to the new CoD. Really liked Far Cry 3 so I'll probably play this one aswell

if they played Far Cry 3 then they should have expected as such. It was hinted during the gameplay that one of the male captives was raped by that creepy dude, so a new guy doing it wouldn't be much.

on topic: Really hyped!! Far Cry 3 was one of the best games of last generation in my book. One of the best shooters I've played. The shooting engine could use a great deal of improvement though.

Can someone tell me why Ubisoft can make quality games every year and Bethesda makes a glitch-fest after another every 5 years? I still want Fallout 4 but I bet my life savings it will be glitchy as ever.

I know I mean how cheap are they? Ether you Pre-Order it or else you won't have the full game. It's the same thing with Batman Arkham Knights as well, as soon as the game was announced they already have pre-order day one dlc crap. These companies are not even trying anymore, let's rip gamers off by telling them that these day one dlc are "bonus content" when actually it's cut content that you have to pre-order to get them. This is why I stopped buying many current games because of this.

Loved Far Cry 3 in most areas except that radio stations crap. Please Ubisoft. Get rid of Ass Creed in your other games. Thank you.

i found far cry 3 to be pretty good. Sure the main character seemed a bit "whiney".. but in a way he delivered on the emotion.. I really liked the solid gun play/big world to explore..

Some people are saying the game is racist? how is that a con?. If farcry 3 is racist i hope then they make far cry 4 go even further than that. Human centipedes/ Racism too the extreme/Slavery/Rape/Torture/Incest/Religious cults, You name it, i wanna see it!!

People asking for censorship need to Get the F*** out or go live in china or australia where they ban basically every media that offends.

This is Ubisoft. They're going to have four games releasing this year, and only one of them will be 8th-gen only (AC5 Unity or whatever).

They should make games only for 360 and PS3.

Can't wait. Been playing Far Cry since the original came out in 2004 and blew our minds with some of the best visuals ever at the time. This was Crytek's first game and they showed that they sure can make a gorgeous graphics engine. Then Ubisoft took the reins for Far Cry 2, made it open world, and put it on consoles. It was alright but was pretty bad in comparison with the first. But luckily Far Cry 4 looks to be on the same page as Far Cry 3, which was probably one of my favorite games of the past five or so years.

i'm not a Farcry fan, Farcry 3 was technically my second game i bought out of the series, i got the first one for the PC, but could never get it to work, anyway, i really enjoued FC3 and hope its as good as the first one, still in the jungle and offers more in the game :)

I guess we'll get some in game footage or a trailer in E3 hopefully!

I hope they can improve the co-op, because that was a lot of fun but there were network issues, as it always seemed to be laggy or we got disconnected quite a bit.
