Everyone HATES Destiny?

I love Destiny! I am having a great time with the story. I have spent hardly anytime playing competitive MP yet, so I cant say much there. I still don't agree with GS's review score. This game is no more empty or repetitive than any Halo game and none of them ever scored this low. I tend to believe that Destiny evolves the Halo formula bit with the level progression, loot and character creation. I stand by my score of a 8 for Destiny and so far nothing has made me change my mind!

I think the criticisms of the game is most of the reviews are definitely valid...but the review scores still are a bit low. I understand why Kevin thought the game was a 6, but it has other factors that make it better than that.

I don't hate it. I'm just utterly indifferent to it. It took me like three hours to get sick of it and delete it from my PS4. Which means it lasted two hours longer than Diablo 3. PS4 and X1 just aren't ready to go yet, I'm done with them until they get their shit together. Also, Sony, I like indie games. Some of them are really good. But Jesus H, all things in moderation.

I hate it the game just feels like you do the same thing on every mission. Dull I stopped playing halfway through the 5th mission.

Don't hate it, it's just an easy target to make fun of. Though I don't get why gamers are still fooled by these artificially hyped up mega blockbusters that almost always end up being shit.

I actually couldn't help but physically shake my head while watching that video. It's just wrong, everything about it is wrong. They seem to imply that reviewers and gamers are completely different people, and that's not the case at all. The idea that gamers are enjoying the game while reviewers are hating it is absurd. They seem to think that all this hate is generated by reviewers instead of general dislike for the game. If anyone actually believed reviewers were trying to rush a score out for this game, then we would actually see that happening.

Destiny is fun, but there are other games which are a lot more enjoyable and worth the time and money.

I'm actually really enjoying it, it does get repetitive but when you play with different people it's fun.

Couple of my friends have it and there all loving it, and I know it's gonna get better over time.

A 6 score was very harsh for this game.

You said the same thing about Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. Do you not do research on the games you buy, or do you enjoy burning money like a king pin drug lord?

Same here I don't regret buying it at all.
