This not only includes modifying old games to make them playable, this also goes as far as scientists and technicians modifying game consoles for research.

Considering ESA backed SOPA and PIPA, they can go screw themselves.

In the matter of this on films, isn't the Library of Congress known for preserving books and films? Wouldn't shit like that shut them down?
