DYK Just how Bad the PS4 is Destroying the X1 in games? Wow.

I knew the PS4 was clearly better but damn, I'm still surprised just how hard Sony is dominating the Xbone.

Over 60 more games in such a short time frame, at this rate I don't even think the XBone will finish this gen, I'm willing to bet most devs including M$ will stop making games for it while the PS4 will still have support for years.

None of those games make me want to go out and spend 400 dollars on an x1. Zero interests.

I just don't see how a list of exclusives dominated by indie games can be considered a win. Can anyone here even say that they've purchased either a 360, X1, PS3 or a PS4 specifically for indie games? I know that I'm certainly not going to drop $400 on a console to play games that my tablet or cell phone can play neither is anyone that I personally know.

Killer Instinct? Crackdown 3? Project Spark? Those are both announced 1st party, and they are not Gears-Halo-Forza-Fable

Why do some scorn indies so much? No one on Xbox should be anti indy, but should embrace and be proud of them. Braid and Limbo were both great games, affordable, and got their start on Xbox. Brothers was also one of the best indy games I've ever played and it too started on Xbox.

Yet it didn't matter did it because the general consensus has always been that indies don't count. Where the **** have you been?

Maybe I read wrong but he stated arcade games right? XBLA was one of the (if not THE) biggest draw for the 360 at least for the last three years. And it did have some pretty incredible games. And you're right.. for a long time cows didn't want to count indies/arcade games.

To all those bashing indies in this thread, there's nothing wrong with them. Whats far far worse is when you play the "total numbers game" and you use games getting below 60 (nevermind in the low 20's) and them having the same weight as a blockbuster in the 80's.

Then putting games like Injustice Amongst us as any kind exclusive, weak or otherwise, is just daft SMH

Indies get shit on here because of a past double standard where they weren't considered as acceptable exclusives but now are by the same hypocritical fanboys for the purpose of ownage. Further more do you know anyone that has purchased an Xbox or PS console specifically for indies or with indies in mind?

quality over quantity. I mean based on your list war, the ipad has way more games then both consoles combined. the problem is 99.9% of those games are pure crap. so according to you ipad > PS4 as a gaming system ;)

Strange because i seem to be playing Halo Master Chief Collection, Sunset Overdrive, Forza Horizon 2, Dance Central Spotlight, Fantasia Music Evolved, Project Spark, etc just the last couple months.

Sony can keep their indies and old pc games. MS keeps releasing new games and full retail games at that.

Resogun, Rogue Legacy, Hotline Miami, Transistor, Velocity 2x... all awesome games, and the list goes on and on. Thank you, TC. Now I'm fully convinced that I made the right choice. Only a PC would've been a viable alternative to my PS4 (but I still prefer closed platforms).
