Well this Friday I have the opportunity to either buy really anything between $1-250$ and i've narrowed it down to either a Ds or a Wii. Most would pick a Wii, but im not sure because where i live you can hardley even catch a glimpse of a Wii. I need your opinions, which should i get?

I'd go with the DSlite. Pokemon comes out next month on the DS, plus you've got plenty of titles to keep you entertained on the go. The Wii is a good, but like the PS3, is lacking in the games department.
