Do you play PES Tormentos?

Yes i have since the PS2.

And since i know were you are coming from,i don't have to play all the damn games i talk about here,no one does so save it dude,i can't physically play all games made for both platforms neither can you so your bickering is useless.

:)

You kind of got where I was coming from. You were maybe 1/2 way there.

The ONLY reason you are talking about PES is because of the difference in resolution between the PS4 and Xbox One. News Flash! We all know the PS4 is more powerful than the Xbox One. We don't need to have this same discussion every time a multiplat comes out. How about we talk about if the game is worth a damn. Because I know the second a person brings PC into a performance and resolution discussion, you will move the goal post and dismiss anything that costs more than $399.

I never see you talk about gameplay, story, funfactor, or anything else a person that actually plays games discusses. It's always sales and resolution with you. And maybe a "this console GPU vs that console GPU blah blah blah blah blah" discussion here and there. What is your current GOTY based on the games you've played this year? Most disappointing game?

Tormentos getting smacked again but forget about it,he wont see your point and just ramble on with some more shit.

The devs just ported the game over from the PS4 and used absolutely NONE of the XB1 power or tools. It's pretty obviously by reading DF article. This is pretty much the same thing that was done with MGS: Ground Zero. Just ported, without using any of the XB1 tools or optimizations. It's obvious that Konami's XBox One version was an afterthought and they didn't want to spend the funds to develope the game from the ground up on the hardware.

The games and the developers are a joke. I've pretty much gave up on Konami after the MGS:GZ fiasco. I have no plans on buying any of Kojima's games anymore.

True gamers would just buy the game they like and not cut out an entire roster of games from a company for not making a better Xbox versions.

You have told everyone that you have all the systems, so this shouldn't bother you, simply buy the best version of good games.

True gamers always win.

So now you think the X1 can't run a sports game at 1080p..

Is that your final answer before I pull out the proof.

There is no way you believe this. There is to much evidence to counter this after a year. They could have got away with it at launch.

Not now my man.

Oh the xbox one can run it depending on the game not all games are the same, this is something you should learn.

Konami Engine uses deferred rendering which tend to cause problems on xbox one because ESRAM is to small with allot of other things going on on screen, Konami isn't the problem here is ESRAM Fifa and other games don't use Konami's Fox Engine so your comparison to other sport games is null.

MGS5 was the same 720p no dynamic sky,on PS4 1080p dynamic skies.

Is the engine the problem or ESRAM been to small pick 1.

Go feed your horseshit to someone else. You have been making excuses for Konami since MGS2 on the OG Xbox.

There is to much evidence now. Look at the game, then look at other Sports games that are 1080p 60fps.

Here's the hole in your argument. If this isn't intentional.. why wouldn't they tweak their deferred rendering instead of using it as an excuse to gimp games on other platforms.

The real question here is why they wrote an engine they knew would struggle on a platform they had devkits for while they were writing it.

They either fucking Suck.. or it's intentional. Pick one.

Hahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa...

Were the fu** DF say it was ported from PS4.?

The freaking xbox one has problem with deferred render games even more if they pact many effects,ESRAM is to small that is it period, not all engines are suitable for the XBO.

PES has the same score as Fifa and Konami is ok after all the game is running lock at 60FPS in 1080p on PS4.

You are the one making excuses and calling conspiracy theories on why the game is 720p ass.

MSG2 on PS2 took advantage of the PS2 hardware you idiot,it uses transparent polygons in a way the xbox can't that combined with a superior filrate and you have 2 things against the xbox,MS could not even get 360 Halo running smooth at 60FPS on the XBO and Halo 2 is not even 1080p stop your sorry ass crying is not as easy as it look porting something even to a stronger hardware.

Hell MGS2 has few places where it fall behind the PS2 very few one is the start of the game in the rain because it uses the PS2 strength in 1 area, hell the xbox version has less jaggies.

Bullshit UFC is 900p 30FPS on both platforms man,not all sport games are 1080p 60FPS.

But but but how can that be UFC with 2 character on screen is 900p and fifa with a ton of players bigger open space is 1080p,maybe now you will get that now all games are the same or run on the same engine..

You can't tweak DR what the fu** man,if the game uses forward rendering it would run higher res and who knows if 1080p,but is not the engine it self uses DR that would require Konami to actually re make their engine to fit the xbox one shit ass ESRAM problems..

Is not the first freaking game to be 720p,and 900p games are by the truckload still.

Stop your damage control is not Konami fault that MS build a shit ass console to cut corners and fit Kinect..

Your meltdown as always is epic Blackace..

I do have all the systems, except the Wii U, which I'll have in a couple months. A developer completely gimping a game and not utilizing the full power of the system is grounds for dismissal. There's no way PES or MGS: GZ should be 720P on XB1. We all know it was just poorly porting over with pretty much no effort whatsoever. Weren't you cows complaining about Ubisoft doing the same crap? Not wanting to buy their games because of it. I'm doing the same thing. Kojima can shove his MGS series where the sun don't shine.

No that is what you want to believe.

The game runs like that because ESRAM is to small for certain engines were ever you want to admit this or not is up to you,i am sure that if the game was forward render it would be higher resolution, the xbox one ESRAM is not optimal for all engine and MS is aware of the pitfalls it has.

Problem is should Konami invest more millions making a different engine for the XBO.? How so did developers make a different engines for the PS3.? Most games on PS3 really were lazy ports hell COD even had an XBL party chat message in the PS3 version that sad the porting was.

But on this case the problem is the xbox one ESRAM been to small.

Ubisoft admit to hold back the PS4 to avoid debates, has Konami admit to let the xbox one version at 720p because there was no time or because it was a cheap port.?

Barely news anymore. The news now is when the X1 manages a tie.

Not that I imagine these won't get posted about just about every significant third party release this gen. Thats exactly what the XBoys did last gen, and they never did seem to get tired of it...

You honestly think the X1 couldn't run this game at a higher resolution than 720p.

Compare this to all the other sports games released so far. Then look at the game itself. Does that look impressive over the other 1080p 60fps sports game released already on the X1 and PS4?

All this shows is Japanese developers don't know wtf is going on.

Halo 4 re-master owns this in graphics at 1080p 60fps.

but that got a 6

PES15>MCC

CONFIRMED

But as Tormentos brought up Metacritics score for PES being an 82, I will for MCC being an 86.

Loading Video...

Watch the video you dumb prick. Konami is the only company that's so called engines have trouble on Xbox platforms. MGS2 was the ONLY game on Xbox that struggled against it's PS2 port.

So EA can do it and Konami can't... That's fucking sad.

As I said, it's intentional or they fucking suck.

EDIT: Don't even try to say PES looks better than that. You don't want to go there.

UPDATE 20/10/14 3:35pm: In this article, we note that motion blur is a key omission on the Xbox One version of FIFA 15. We can confirm that the patch released today fixes this.

I own all the systems (PC and Handhelds too) including the Wii U and I'm a videogame historian since the Atari/Intellivision era before Nintendo got in the game. I have bought all the consoles at launch for decade+ unlike other users who buy one console and pick up another console years later on the cheap.

Did I call you a lemming? No. If you are going to start calling people sheep, cows, and hermits, including m;yself, then I'm going to refer to you as a lemming because your attitude is in defense of of inferior Xbone multiplats (as if a bad port on that machine should be upsetting but bad ports on PS machines are okay). You didn't complain about companies when the 360 got preferential optimization last gen over the PS3. Every gen is reset.

Secondly, I don't speak for lems, sheep, hermits, or cows. I don't like Ubisoft due to their annualization cookie cutter design, but if Ubi made a great game I like (Rayman Origins), I buy the best version. I wouldn't write Ubisoft out simply for a (supposedly) poor optimized game on one console. I don't wait I bought Bayonetta on 360 when it first released as I don't wait for late ports on games I want. Bayonetta had a lousy PS3 port that I didn't buy, but I wouldn't write off PLATINUM OR SEGA just because Sega released a lousy PS3 port. I just bought the 360 version (at the time it was the only version). I buy the games as they come. If I want Rise of the Tomb Raider 2015, I'll buy it on 360/Xbone (prob xbone). I don't write off a company for optimization problems on one console since I own all the consoles and various gaming PCs. If they are having trouble with one console, I'll simply buy the game on another console.

You taking Kojima and Konami and whatever as a personal insult due to what you think is poor Xbone optimization makes no sense if there is a better version for you to buy.

The last part of your sentence you are using fanboy cow logic you cited for Ubisoft as a poor reason why you are using lemming fanboy logic against Kojima and Konami now. "Not wanting to buy their games because of it. I'm doing the same thing". I wouldn't let fanboys dictate my thinking and true gamers wouldn't either.

True gamers always win, they get the best versions of the best games. It sucks that sometimes there is BS involved, but true gamers aren't limited and always win.
