David Cage well writen masterdpeace coming to steam

A remastered edition of David Cage's 2005 adventure Fahrenheit (or Indigo Prophecy as it's known in North America) is getting a remastered edition for PC and Mac.

Leaked on Amazon [since removed], this spruced up HD edition, dubbed Fahrenheit: Indigo Prophecy Remastered, is due on 29th January and will cost $9.99 (about £7) for a Steam key.

This remastered version will feature enhanced visuals that can be toggled on or off along with full controller support and a "fully orchestrated" soundtrack.

It's worth noting that this is an uncut version of the game (i.e. the European version) as the North American release censored a sex scene upon initially getting slapped with an AO [Adult's Only] rating. This version is rated the much more common M [Mature], suggesting that the US ratings board, ESRB, has became a little more lax over the years. Though this didn't stop it from giving Hatred an AO.

Great game but this gen has become more and more about remasters

The guy is a lousy movie director, yet alone a lousy game developer that cares nothing but himself. If people don't see the "genius" of his work, he calls them stupid.

Lol i remember thinking fahrenheit being stupid but I still had fun with it. I still have my ps2 copy.

Only good game from Gage was Omikron. It actually had some gameplay and it had an interesting story.

It was a fun game for its time, curious to see what an HD facelift does for it.

This is great....

One sex scene? I recall at least 4.

There is one with Tyler and his girlfriend, then a scene that can be unlocked only by impressing Lucas's girlfriend, then between Carla and Lucas and another sex scene can be observed when the characters walk into a room with a fat guy and a call-girl(?) I think.

The game had an interesting plot till they ruined it towards the end.

It's far from well-written (like all David Cage games), I mean it was decently written up till a certain point but then the game jumped the shark big time and then it started caring about its hitherto meticulously crafted atmosphere and opted for full-on nonsense instead , but it is a fun game nonetheless.

Had a friend who wouldn't stop talking about the game. I was interested, but never got around to playing it. Might try the newer version..

People shit on that guy too much. Heavy Rain was amazing, despite the voice acting flaws. Indigo Prophecy was about half good, then got too sci-fi-y. Beyond Two Souls totally sucks, but whatever. David Cage makes interesting shit, for better or worse.
