Red dead not listed as Fan fav singleplayer game?

Its funny how in SW we argue about gameplay, skills, movie games and all that crap. When you think about it these awards are mostly about watching then playing. For "fans" Fortnite is going to clean up mostly because of how cool it was to see Ninja play with Drake or Ninja teaching Ellen how to play. Media starting to recognise how powerful this phenomenal is now days. Another awards that will show how out of touch with the public SW is.

I'm going to guess Keighley is most likely laughing his ass off. An hour-long show airing from 5-6 p.m. on a Sunday, after its early games conclude -- none of which are really good that weekend -- but while the late games are broadcasting in their markets?

Sure, it's also "simulcasting" on the CBS Sports Network, but I think I speak for many when I say: there's a CBS Sports Network?

These awards will get taken seriously when they stop with the “best shooter/rpg/etc” and start recognizing the talent behind the games like the oscars and all the other media awards do.

Best Art Direction/Best Created Atmosphere/Best Sound Desig/Best Technical Achievment etc.

Both occasions you mention an "individual" (in the quote chain) not an entire fanbase, and talked about FH4 and we all know who's the biggest lem here when it refers to racing games lol.

It's ok quack we know you get emotionally compromised, so much so the mods nuked you because of it lol, that's all the proof right there, poor quack. When you comeback with another alt, try and be better so people don't recognize you so quickly :)

Industry leaders that work hard should be recognized so that it’s less “cool game” and more “excellent achievement”.

I don't mind. they're (the fanboys) the ones forking over the moolah. Let em have their fun. I mean, the games I love probably aren't on their radar either. But, oh well.

I would leave the "critical" acclaim to the developers. Let them decide among their peers who is the most deserving to win. I think they have their awards for those already.
