Need higher resolution pictures to see anything. Not really impressed at this point, but at least it's still 60 frames per second.

It's like a PC game from 2005

It's a good upgrade to CoD sure, but that only puts it on par with current games on the market. Nothing fancy.

They are going overboard with the lighting though. It's flashy, not natrual.

Yeah it looks like it's still running on an updated Quake 3 engine.

You have to remember that CoD always shoots for 60fps, and that necessitates a cut in visuals. 

If they are not using that tired old engine, then I may give COD another chance.

Congratulations for implementing a new engine, IW or who ever is making this game. This could have been done a long time ago.

Graphcially, looks like Far Cry 2, Far cry 3 looks way better and Crysis 1...well of course.

So it looks worse than a 2007 PC game? Ouch, and what happened to their next gen face stuff?

Not actual gameplay, so why show it at all? It's some pre-rendered bullshIt that no one wants.

I can't say anything bad about call of duty without being labeled a hater lol. Why don't you grow up and face how this game has flaws.

I will also give it credit for when it does things good or great. I am interested to see more of this game.

It looks very underwhelming. Not at all a gen jump. BF4's visuals are far more impressive

Sorry, this thread reminded me a lot of the other Call of Duty threads like Ghosts reveal and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 7 (joke) thread where they were all pretty much circle jerks for laughing at CoD.

I think the night time levels look cool too. But as others have said the bloom is a little overdone.

Will post better pictures once they are available, but my first impressions aren't that great. :P

Not too impressed even PS4 Killzone: Shadowfall Alpha Gameplay looked better.

It's like MW3 with more polygons and textures but smeared with World at War's use of bloom.

I wonder if it's a totally new engine or just another coat of paint on the Quake III engine. I wouldn't be surprised if it was the latter, as IW has been modifying that engine since Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.

Not really.

People overestimate how good Crysis 1 looks. Crysis 1 has big environments but the lighting and object quality are quite low compared to modern games.

People wanted better graphics for Call of Duty and they DID get them. I'm sure this will be loved by the fans so in a way Activision/IW totally delivered on this.

It's not like the majority of SW is the target audience anyway. Can't say I'm surprised by how it looks.

Probably too hard to appreciate from stills, and sub60fps raw footage. Video compression, dropping the frame rate etc - shift the render output towards a lower quality.

worse graphics (comparable to or better than BLOPS2), lower res (again probably the same as BLOPS2) compared to PS4/One but at 60 FPS.

That is my guess anyway.

Will be better on PC :P
