It's funny how so many people bash on COD yet they'll buy it anyway.. which is proven year after year as more and more people buy it with every installment. MW4 is coming next year, it's been confirmed. Yet everyone is buying Black Ops 2 now, even though MW3 sucked.. I'm wondering how many people will buy MW4. To me as long as the game is good then hopefully it'll sell well.. but if the game is the same rehash every year then it's amazing everyone buys it, then buys every map pack (which for $15 each one is a rip off in a huge way). But people will keep paying it so it'll keep going on. Sadly games like Far Cry 3, Hitman, Aliens Colonel Marines, Bioshock Infinite and other games that try to add something different to the mix don't do as well even though they deserve to.

which people are you talking about? Cause the people you see bashing COD on internet forums represent a minority of potential buyers. Most COD buyers dont even lurk in gaming websites, just like most FIFA/Madden players dont play anything outside of a very selected number of titles
