Those savings are awful considering the price. I'm getting my PS4, extra controller, Killzone, and camera for £429, which makes for a £95 saving; more of a saving in a much cheaper bundle.

thing is, there's no savings right off, and you spend like $80 more for game club and geek squad shit... you'd have to buy like 6 full price games before you start seeing the savings, and the average attach rate for most consumers is gonna be less than that the first 2 years

if they threw out the gamer's club(whatever that is) and geek squad(useless) and reduce the price accordingly then it'll be more interesting. Seeing those two at the end are huge turnoffs.

There is literally no deal at all. Basically just free geek-squad. Which is not worth near the "list price" of $89.99. It is well known that those warranties and plans are "pure profit" for sellers. So it's pretty easy for them to just give that away "free" if you spend $800+ in combined stuff with ZERO actual discount.

$800 just doesn't seem like a good deal to me, especially $880.

It is extremely worth it. The Geek Squad is accidental damage as well, and it covers every thing in the box and up to five accessories/games as long as they are on the receipt as the hardware. The savings on the games... 20% over 2 years? that can be hundreds if you buy a lot games, and with their pre-order $10 reward zone coupon you get, that means most of your games could end up only being $38 dollars. You people need to look long term instead of short term.

Doesn't the PS4/Xbox 1 come with a one year warranty? Kind of makes the protection plan portion not worth it. Personally I wouldn't do it, just wait for games to go used and save money that way if desperate.

only thing idk about is geek squad, How many days do they have to replace it? I know when i got my t.v from H&greg i got the guy throw a 4 year warranty in for no cost and on the terms they have 21 days to fix it or refund of your money on gift card to get new t.v of your choice

I used to be the dci for geeksquad, we gave new computers and stuff all the time. The fact it's accident is awesome. Remember, even under the manufacturers warranty before you still had to pay for shipping with Sony on the ps3. No additional fees with this.

Yup, i had warranty in their store for a laptop i bought once. It got messed up 2 years latter when i took it there they was claiming the damage was too extensive for my warranty to cover it up even though it said it covers all type of damages. ( the mother board over headed to death and fried ) so what happened was they charged me for the shipping of the laptop to their repair place which was about 20 dollars because they did express delivery something like that, then i got back 100 dollars out of the 300 i initially paid on my warranty and got a broken laptop. I've never had something more fucked up done to me by customer support.

Well. GTX780 is 500$ and it`s totally capable of 1440p and 60fps mostly in all games, except on or two the most demanding ones.

So yeh, it`s possible, 500$ for a GTX780 and 500 for the rest, if you wait for a good deal in newegg/fry electronics or something.
