So menu music or main theme?
MGSV: Sins of the Father - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9utXoWkE-w It's no Snake Eater, but lots of things aren't.
The Witcher 3 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fOn1xdGkyHY The music in general for the game is badass.
Hotline Miami 2 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ChXU-OYPhy0 There are way better tracks in Hotline Miami 2 though.
But yeah I like those the most out of anything this year that I've played.

@jg4xchamp: witcher 3s soundtrack gets really fucking old after a few hours. The open world song and combat music are just so overbearing and not subtle at all.
All music , even the great ones get boring after a while, when you overplay them. the main score by Marcin Przybylowicz is really good sure it’s not the “Last of the Mohicans” but mix of traditional “bard” type of music and vocals is pretty kewl
Mems is right, that is it can get stale and repetitive very quickly. This is especially applicable to that bland Skellige combat track that was actually probably the only combat musical cue there. Hearing that one over and over again was extremely nauseating. Apart from that it was a solid folk collection, bordering on pagan folk at times and reminding me of a Polish band Atman (I know their vocalist and I've seen the band they formed after the disbandment of Atman - Magic Carpathians). However, I think the best tracks were to be found in taverns, especially this ludic one:
and the one at the beginning of this mix:
By the way, I'd have to go with Halo 5: Guardians. The game has very memorable musical moments, even more so than the previous couple of games. Oh and by the way one musical cue is very reminiscent of The Witcher 3's eerie/spooky moment musical cue (I'm not sure if you know which one I mean). I wonder if this was a real influence :P In the film-making soundtrack is actually usually one of the very last things to do (I know one film that is an exception and the entire film was edited according to music that was recorded before actual filming began, though), I wonder about video games...
