[QUOTE="JAB991"]Guitar Hero wins IMO. Once GH4 comes out, the Rock Band series will be a thing of the past.C-Lee
I highly, HIGHLY, doubt that
what will rockband have over GHWT? you will be able to create/download all of the songs that are on rock band 2 so i don't see how RB2 will survive

Rock Band has alot more songs and they're releasing a polished song creator in due time.
and GH's doesn't even let you record voice.

Um. GH4 IS Rock Band. A blantant rip off. If anything, the name alone will sell it. But Neversoft wins no innovation points with GH4. Also, if Neversoft continues the lack of DLC on GH4 as they did with the last games, it'll fail.
Rock Band destroys GH, for sure.

It's a good thing they included that song creator with GH4. The way they released new songs for GH in the past, you'll need it.
'The only problem with the song creator is I don't see it working that well.

I think a lot of people are overestimating the song creator. I think half the people think they can place music on the harddrive and play them through guitar hero but it won't work that way (it violates song rights).
Epic fail with no mention of DJ MAX Portable or Taiko no Tatasujin Portable. That and IIDX StyIe 14 Gold.what was the very first Rhythm game ever made? I need to know because I debate alot. lol
Some things I find very sad...
1) Some people think Rock Band and Guitar Hero started rhythm games.
2) Some people have come to think, thanks to Rock Band and Guitar Hero, that accuracy is a bad thing.
3) All the Konami music games brought here from Japan failed because there wasn't any "rock" music and you couldn't "feel like a rockstar" while playing them.foxhound_fox

the first rhythm game was sim tunes and Dance Dance Revolution I had to hunt for that
Rock Band. Guitar Hero tries too hard to be "super challenging" and for the most part ends up not being fun anymore. Thats fascinating that its hard to play a song that fills the entire screen with a bazillion notes. But its not really fun.
Rock Band on the other hand finds a better balance between challenge and entertainment.
