Pretty sweet deal. You get the Wii U plus physical copies of Super Mario 3D World and Nintendoland. Are you finally going to get one, SW?

Really nice deal. Super Mario 3D World is a pretty good game.
Pretty good? It was amazing,imo.
Yeah. I want another one, keep what they have and don't ruin it.
The Toad houses were tons of fun(I'm excited for the actual game) and the speedrun ones kept the variety in the game...I'd love to see a sequel
@OhSnapitz: $200+60+40=300
This is a $270 bundle that includes two games. This is as good of a deal as you get, and then some.

If the WiiU deluxe was $200, then NintendoLand is included in that price.
But yes this is a pretty good deal. The only other comparable option would be a Nintendo Refurbished WiiU deluxe for $200, and then buying the game for ~$50 on Amazon right now
Very good deal.. but I'll pass.
Waiting for the WiiU to drop to at least $200 New.
Buy a $200 refurbished model. Comes with Nintendoland and you can buy SM3DW. I really doubt you're going to get a $200 bundle with 2 games anytime soon. Probably by the end of the consoles lifetime.
Nintendoland wasn't that fun but nonetheless, I think it's a neat deal but I already own a Wii U. Got the Wind Waker bundle instead.
Nice...sadly i already own a WW bundle, i know i could have waited for either this or the SS4 Bundle, but oh well, i'm really happy with my WiiU :)

I'm waiting to see if I can get a WiiU deluxe for $200 new. Not paying $200 for a refurbished system ($150 MAYBE). And I have no interest in Nintendo Land.
Still seems like a bad deal, especially with so little out right now.
If by so little you mean the best exclusive lineup available on any next gen console, then yeah.
I can play more games on my PS4 then on a Wii U. They might not be exclusive, but they aren't on the Wii U.

Where did you get the mistaken idea that there are more games available for the ps4 than the wiiu?
It's got a waaaaaay waaaaaay better future lineup in 3rd party support, than WiiU, that's for sure, oh and a way better longevity future, as well.
Keep trying jelly butthurt sheep.
LOL at best exclusive.....they can only do so much, now. After that, the severe drought continues.

Though Mario 3D World is a good game, I think the NSMB/Luigi bundle is a better deal, then just pick up Mario 3D World separately. That's discounted just the same, just no free Nintendo Land.

If you ever have a party then set it up. I have yet to see a group of people who do not flock to it and have a couple hours of fun.

I only have one friend on my friends list but he doesn't play the game much anymore, I don't know much people that have a Wii U with this game so that must explain why I haven't been having fun with it. Also nobody in the family wants to play the game with me either, they'd rather play Mario Kart 8.
This is barely a deal at all. Hardly worth making a tread about.
Get back to me when this exact bundle is $174, instead of $274.
it's called getting a job

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Wii_U_software - As of 20 September 2014, there are 436 games on this list.

At what point did console statistics truly factor into buying decisions? When I was a kid, getting Super Mario Bros was the reason for getting the NES. There was no, "sure Mario is amazing.......buuuuuuutttt..." That was that. I wasn't thinking well X is made out of 30 pixels and Y has 50 more games. People buy into some weird shit these days.

No, it's called a console that is not a good value... hence why it doesn't sell well. This is the same price range as all the previous bundle that also didn't sell. $274 is too much for essentially a last gen console, and too close to the $399 that you can get the PS4/XB1 for even if you pay MSRP (and even those consoles are starting to do $399 bundles).

Pretty good? It was my GOTY last year.

I always laugh when people cite the total number of games on a system. B..b..but Xbox has 3745 games and PS3 only has 2854 games. 360 is da superiorz console. The reality is like 98% of these games are irrelevant and nobody has time to play all of those anyway.
Nintendo consoles have traditionally been really strong if you are just looking at the 20 or 50 "most essential" games. That is why I considered the Gamecube to be one of the most under-appreciated systems, it had it's issues with game drought and 3rd party support, but man it had some amazing exclusives. However it seemed with the Wii generation this started to slip, and with Wii-U it's getting far worse. Most of the Wii games the hipsters/sheep point to are really not that good anymore, they just reach a cult status among sheep who WANT them to be good. They often feature dated gameplay mechanics, repetitiveness, nonsenical plots, weak graphics engines, etc. Aside from Mario games, I find there is little to go back to on Wii, and Wii-U software support is even worse.

I agree about the gamecube. Best console of that generation. For me a single game can warrant a console purchase. The amount of fun I had with Goldeneye on n64 is moreso than the entire ps3/360 lifespan. Xbox would be worth it for Halo 2, etc. People judge consoles in strange ways. The Vectrex is one of the coolest consoles ever made and it does one thing--plays vectrex games.

Consoles have not been bundled with a free game since the Nintendo 64. Gamers today are spoiled. This is a great deal, as are the Xbox one bundles.
$149.99 and I'm in. :P
There is such a thing as pricing something so low it robs the product of all value in the eye of the consumer.
