Bayonetta 1 Confirmed for Digital and Retail copies of 2.

So 100% confirmed to come with Digital and Retail Copies of Bayonetta 2 as during E3 there was some confusion with what was happening with this bonus game.

One of the questions raised by many during the Nintendo E3 presentation was whether or not digital copies of the game would also receive the first Bayoentta, as the E3 presentation only made mention of the boxed copy containing both games. Nintendo of America has put these fears to rest by stating that retail editions of Bayonetta 2 will include a disc copy of Bayonetta HD, while those who want to download Bayonetta 2 will receive a code to download Bayonetta HD for free.

This is the same distribution agreement that will be in place for Europe as well, so if you were worried about picking up the game digitally and having to miss out on the remastered Bayonetta 1, you’re safe as you’ll be getting the title as well.

Good to see they are giving retail and DD the same love.

Only right DD gets it too.

And after Mario Kart 8 this'll be the second game for Wii U that actually gives you two games.

That's good news, but I won't buy DD games on Wii U until Nintendo fixes their Network setup (tethering accounts/games to system).

Still, at least they are ensuring retail and DD get the same content, but if retail is an option no point in buying DD for the SolidTy household.

They are including it with a brand new game, rather than selling it for full price.

I love Ninja Gaiden 2 and all, but that game has balance issues. God of War 3 is above average at best. Castlevania was dookie, and DMC4 had an atrocious second half.

I've been enjoying the WiiU since March last year With Monster Hunter Tri U and also with W101 which was released in August last year if I remember correctly. Its slow and sluggish with releases but has some gems.

Thats good news. I'm going to be tempted to play through the first one again before the second one but I doubt I'll resist the temptation having the second one there.

So I'm confused, will Bayonetta 1 + 2 be on one disc? Or will the boxed retail version come with two discs, one for each game? I don't really see why it couldn't fit on one 25GB disc.

Anyhow, at least the physical retail version of Bayonetta 2 will come with the original game on disc, I was worried for a second that I'd have to download a big digital file via a digital voucher, I only got like 22GB of free space on my HDD, I'm trying to limit my digital games to the smaller ones and get what I can on disc.

Japan gets Bayonetta 1 & 2 on two seperate discs in one package.

America and Europe physical copies of Bayonetta 2 will come with a voucher to digitally download Bayonetta 1 directly on the Wii U.

Only Japan gets a physical copy of Bayonetta 1 for Wii U.

Edit: Looking at the above article is seems they changed it from the first announcement but that is not 100% confirmed it seems.

Im suprised bayo 1 will be on the wii-u. It has sex appeal and will arouse the gamers lol unless this version is toned down to pg13. majority gamers are minors to under age on that console but I could be wrong.

Getting Bayonetta 3 would be amazing.
