Bang Bang, Why Titanfall should count as an exclusive for MS

The game is only available on Microsoft platforms (Xbox One, 360, Windows PC). I know all Sony ponies wanna talk about how they all have high end gaming PC's so they can play Titanfall, but MS still nets a profit of all PC game sales thanks to windows. Xbox division isn't making money off of Titanfall PC sales. And people already have windows 7, are you telling me people are going to go out and purchase windows 8 to play Titanfall?

I know this has been explained countless times already. But some here apparently don't get it (or instinctively cover their ears). So let's go over this again. MS makes operating systems, not PCs. You can play PC games on Linux which is NOT a MS operating system. Therefore, Xbox/PC games are NOT MS exclusive. Can a mod please sticky this?

Be my guest if you lems want to count it, but if so then its only fair to count Flower (AA) and Sound Shapes (AAA) for the PS4 aswell cause they're also only available on Sony platforms.

also, TitanFall is getting more hype then it actually deserves. If this games ends up bombing I'll laugh like a mad man.

What are you Lems going to do when, not if but when Titanfall doesn't live up to the hype you all have heaped on it? All of the awards for TF that were given at E3 were based on a game they saw running on a high end PC running graphics cards in SLi. It wasn't running on the XBone hardware. So the visual and performance downgrade is inevitable!

Cows are so butthurt over Titanfall. They will dismiss any facts on it. Sony has nothing to compete with it. It is Anti-exclusive.

It's absolutely, certainly, without a doubt, a 100% bonafide... multiplat.

As a PS4 owner i'm actually kinda jealous of the Xbones library atm, i wish my PS4 had as many games to choose from.

Cows crack me up, lol. One way or another a Microsoft product is needed to play Titanfall. Its a console exclusive as the only console you can play it on is a MS one. The Xbox One will lead sales and spark One sales cause every single piece of advertising, every TV commercial will end with the Xbox One logo. They will flash the 360/PC at the bottom of the screen, lol.

So yeah, its a console exclusive as no Nintendo or Sony console will have it. Its not fully exclusive as you can get it on PC. PC sales will solely come from people online who know about it. I don't expect a dollars worth of advertising to be spent on the PC version.

This is system wars, not xbox vs ps wars despite what some of you window lickers might want to think.

Fact of the matter is. Windows and Xbox are not the same thing. Microsoft only has 1 component of a computer not the entire system.

Nah, you just don't have comprehension. MS isn't making money off of Titanfall being on PC, simple as that. If you go buy 50 PS3 games, Sony gets royalties for every game. You go buy 50 360 games, MS gets royalties for every game. You go buy 50 PC games, unless they are MS owned or published, they receive 0 royalties for every game. You want to talk about things being paid for because people bought "Windows". Fine, those purchases could have been made years ago; in reality, it has no relevance to the current situation. Titanfall has never, ever been an exclusive game, and it never will be.

Please, erxplain to me how you can play a Windows PC game on a non-Windows PC without giving MS money. Even emulators have licensed copies of Windows.
