So, even if "Mcsh!t" reviews it and flops it, how do two digits somewhere on the Internet affect your enjoyment of the game? :?

If you care about the game and the franchise so far, you'll buy AC3 and enjoy it, no matter the score on some Internet site. Why get pissed over a triviality such as that?
I haven't been to a midnight launch since Super Smash Bros Brawl. If I go at exactly 12 will I be able to just run in and pick it up?

Depends on how long after launch the store is open for. I'm assuming it's Gamestop. I think you should be able to pick a copy up so long as you're there at midnight, or thereabouts.

The way it works where I live, you go around 11:00-11:30 usually, get a receipt showing that the game is payed off. They put a number or assign you to a group on the receipt and you go to pick up the game when they call your number/group. Get there at 12:00 and you'll likely be one of the last people to pick it up that night.

Someone probably said that when MGS4 was coming out. That doesn't change that it is unrealistic to hype any game to that level. AAAA shouldn't be expected to happen because of how elite the 'rank' is.

I preorderd mine today, it was nice they gave me a keychain, a coin and a steelcase at EB Games. Not bad for putting some money down. I'm sure this game will sell over 5 million easy.

5 million is easy, especially since the lowest selling game in the series so far did 7 million in three months...
I can safely say that IGN will be giving this game at least a 9.5, maybe even a 10.

It'll be GOTY at most places, probably including IGN and Gamespot. It's only real competition looks to be Halo 4, Dishonored, and Mass Effect 3. (Borderlands 2, although it scored well, it won't win any GOTY awards, and GW2 is a PC game that isn't made by Valve or Blizzard, so the media won't pay much attention to it.)

I think Dishonored has a really good chance of winning game of the year here because it's a fresh new IP.
