i love black ops 2 why wouldn't i get 3?

you went into skyscraper, there was a techno dance club that you shootup, then you go on warship called the barack obama and like its getting attacked..

One of the maps had an airport multiplayer map it looked like the best designed map ive ever seen, there was little airport synergy with the flaps and stuff I couldn't believe it.

Reason why i say this is because we're getting Halo 5 (if you're into that in 2015 lol), Battlefront 2 (the game i will be playing the hell out *unless its an overhyped crap*) and Destiny Comet for those still playing this POS. Why would i or anyone else that doesn't have CoD addictions waste time/money on CoD292894 when there will be one in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 etc? CoD has no purpose to exist at this point.

no...i was hoping they would do something fresh, like Call of Duty 5...since they technically have never done "5" before. I'm done with this series...I bought Advanced Warfare, and it really wasn't anything different at all, only added double jumps, and tweaked abilities. This was enough for redemption from Ghosts and make game reviewers wet themselves. Yet, Battlefield Hardline switches themes entirely, adds some interesting game modes, and is actually a lot of fun, and it "should have been an expansion pack."

No, I'm looking forward to this being the 4th COD game I passed on. We gamers need one of those AA sobriety tokens so they can flash it around like "I've gone 4 years without playing a COD game and my life couldn't be better".

Battlefront 3 that is. As for COD the excuse for that is 3 different developers, thought it doesn't work to well in making the games feel very different. Ghosts aside.

Nah the series has gone very far downhill. I should have stopped buying games after Blops, but I ended getting Blops 2 after skipping out on MW3. I played that game for 5 hours, got bored, and haven't purchased a cod game since.

Nope. Wanted a WW2 game, this one is confirmed to be in the future again so no I'll pass. This will be the first Treyarch COD I pass on.

From the info that's been leaked to Youtubers (and subsequently taken down) from the same source that leaked Ghosts the game actually sounds incredibly interesting. It involves time travel in the year 2167 (I think it was), and covers a wide breadth of different eras. The choice system is back and completely alters later levels. Supposedly a huge amount of work has gone into making the campaign a viable reason to purchase. The multiplayer is also split between WWII and future settings with different class set-ups, etc. and the ability to master past weapons and gadgets and bring them into the future variant of the competitive play. There's also a heavier emphasis than ever before than maximizing PC potential, it's not going to be a direct port.

Treyarch has always done some pretty interesting things with the series and they're without a doubt my favorite CoD dev. I actually will be buying the game whether or not any of the above is true, but the more information that comes out the more it appears true. The leaker even used the exact words over a month ago that Black Ops III would be taking place in a "dark and twisted future." It looks real.

I haven't played COD since Modern Warfare 3. I've no interest in the series. I moved on.

Called it quits after blops 2 I'm not going back. After putting thousands of hours into cod since modern warfare I'm done. I can't even stomach playing shooters anymore.

Depends, I'm assuming it will be around the same launch window as Halo 5 and Battlefront. I'm going to ask for one of the 3 for Christmas.

Will BLOPS 3 have zombies mode? Will Halo 5's multiplayer work and have good features at launch or if not by the holidays? How will DICE handle Battlefront?

Answers to those questions will depend on what I get, but right now I'm actually leaning towards Black Ops 3.

Yep. Treyarch's Call of Duty games are the only ones that I like, so it will have been 3 years since I last bought one.

It's so cool to hate COD, but I will avoid joining all the hipsters here and play Blops 3. When COD isn't fun I will stop. Ghosts was dangerously close but Advanced Warfare was a blast. There were some neat real time rts concepts in Blops 2 and I'm curious to see what they do with it.

Last Call of Duty I got was Black Ops 2 on WiiU.

Doubt I'll be picking this one up unless there's a sale.
