Nope, much like the movie industry's summer blockbusters, they're popular, fun, but far from the best the industry offers.

No I love cinematic games. Bloated open world games and annual rehashed are the plague of the industry

Not really, I enjoyed many so called 'movie' games, as long as they offered an interesting story...

Endless re-masters, Unfinished/broken games, yearly updates, broken/ bug-filled online & excessive use of micro-transactions should be addressed as Plague for the gaming industry..
