Another reason to go PS4 - Cheap used games

The best selling consoles always have cheaper used games due to a larger supply glut. Happened with the PS1, PS2 and X360 (yes, we're allowed to a lose a round).

Since the X1 is selling half, the PC doesn't have used games and the Wii U doesn't have third party, PS4 wins on this.

Seriously, just pull up Half.com or Ebay, and just compare higher selling vs lower selling console used games.

Gamestop Used is for scrubs. Ebay and Half.com = cheapest

Also cheap new games. PS3 also had cheap used games, i bought many great PS3 games for under $10, like Red Dead, SF4, Arkham City, Metal Gear Rising, MG4, and Fallout NV. Great bargains.

Yeah, game discs should be destroyed when the original owner is done with them, like how we burn down houses people no longer want to live in, or how we detonate old cars with dynamite. We can't be screwing over house builders or car builders, after all.

Consoles are still the main source of income for most developers. You guys wait too long to buy your games. It doesn't help developers much if you are waiting for every game to go down to $10. Consoles still have a sizable number of people who buy games at release, more so than PC.

X1 and PS4 games are the same price, and PC wins this by default since you can get new games cheaper than you can on consoles. Maybe you should go and check out the Steam Summer Sale, Humble Bundle, or GoG then you would see how flawed your OP actually is.

used games market is crap. Most GOOD used games barely come down in price... hell on release they will charge you the same price as the full retail game. any first party gameS? good luck with lower prices.

I'm not sure bragging about a pile of used Knack discs is wise.

All three companies allowed us a used game market. That's nothing to brag about.

I like buying used disc games, the thrill of opening the case and trying to determine what the sticky stuff on the disc is :).
