I got feels but only because that's exactly how my old room used to look when I lived with my parents. lol

That is one thing which struck me as peculiar. I mean occupying the same space for at least 18 years, and assuming that the guy starts out between 17-20 years old. I mean if that was a college dorm, he should have graduated long before PS2 came out. And if that's his room at his parents place... then what the hell is he still doing there when PS4 launches?? LOL :P

Perhaps it was his own place all along?

Even more proof that people cling on to Playstation simply because of nostalgia.

Oh well, its going to trample the XboxOne for this entire generation for one reason or another.

Just like the last generation?

Indeed.

Better games and sales.

I'm not counting PS2 sales or remakes.

That was just alright.

No promo or commercial can hide the fact that the PS4 is going to be mediocre.

Notice how his girl isn't with him when the camera pans to the PS4. lol

Nice video... Playstation for life.
Years are passing by, everything around you changes... except of your favourite gaming console.

PlayStation 4 November 2013.

If that were his own pad, his gaming setup wouldn't be in his bedroom, it would be in the main living room. Having it in his bedroom is because it's the only spot he can set it up for his personal entertainment, where the living room is designated by the actual owners of the house/apartment. Most likely the parents given his age when it starts.

Gotta pay attention to the details ;)

lol, one whole section of the video is about him using the towel trick until he finally has to ship it to MS in a coffin.

Then it's just him eating cereal alone on his bed, rofl.

The doorbell rings and a random box of economy size Dorrito's fly's into the room. Someone tosses Mountain Dew through his window and it hits the kinect off the top of his T.V.

He watches the Tent show clenching his copies of banjo kazooie nuts n bolts in one hand, Perfect dark Zero in the other. Then a fade to black ensues with him crawling under his covers while you hear a faint Whimpering sound.

Oh how the mighty fell LOLZ

Luckily Xbox was here to satisfy our gaming needs when Sony was too busy trying to sell a $600 blu ray player

True. I think a better way to have done it would have been him playing with his Dad at the start as a kid and then transitioning through to him playing with his own son at the end but that might have been a bit cheesy.

It's fascinating how emotional cows get when anything Sony is posted that it actually brings them to tears. I actually kinda feel sorry for them as they may never get to experience the great games on other consoles and also PC.

Cool video.

Imagine if Nintendo did something like this. From NES to the wii U, from greatness to the biggest sh*t.

Mario, mario and more mario... *YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWNNNNNNNNN* This just reminds me that nintendo needs more new IP's and they need to stop recycling that plumber.

And I was talking about consoles, not the history of a gaming character.

Can't relate, have not played a video game in my parents house since the PSone. For Sony Fan things must not change much other than your hairstyle and clothes.

The video was good, just good, certainly not on the same level as the 'Michael' one. The only thing that felt off was the fact they used RE:4 as a symbol of the PS2 era. Why choose the inferior multiplat title when there were so many excellent exclusives on PS2 everyone remembers fondly ?! God of War, ICO, Shadow of the Collossus, Jak and Daxter, Ratchet and Clank, Final Fantasy X, GT4 and so many others.
