This topic is locked from further discussion.
Native 1080p at 30fps > 720p at 60fps
And btw did you hear about that soccer game being developed from ground up for ps3? did u also hear that the x360 version is going to be missing over 20k animations in that same game? i bet u didnt.
i think most of you need to read it all over again, cuz most of u got it all backwards.
First of all they never mention that ps3 doesnt have enough power to run 60fps, they just cant port old-gen code over to ps3 hardware cuz its not designed to run that type of code, but anyway.
here is something that nobody mentioned what was said in that article from devs:
"If your game starts on Xbox 360 you will have to re-engineer aspects of the game to run properly on PS3. This means additional effort. Some developers have been complaining about this but I don't believe we can solve that. Xbox 360 is a different machine with good, but lower powered hardware in a different architecture. Developers have to view them as two different machines not as a common platform."
Last but not least,Team Ninja saiz NO!
Does it really matter for a game as sucky as this? They're probably not even using the SPEs.Timstuff
far from using them actually, EA hasnt made a new madden engine since ps2 and xbox games.

Actually I have an SDTV. However, I play my 360, and some of my other 20 consoles, through a 20" Samsung PC moniter which by the way offers up almost twice the res of a 1080p. Even though my 360 games can't be played beyond 1080p.:Phere is something that nobody mentioned what was said in that article from devs:

It may have something to do with that statement not being said by a dev but by Sony PR shill Dave "Emmy" Karraker LINK

That is pretty funny. Like he expects a Sony Exec to talk about the 360 without bias. He has not been back since Yellow Rose posted that.[QUOTE="Yellow_Rose"][QUOTE="GermanShepard06"]dude, all other countries are going to go crazy over Konami's new upcoming soccer game, this game alone is going to sell PS3 like its no tomorrow.
