Yah, but rocks have never ceased to amaze me! :O From the wheel, to the pyramids of Giza! Rocks own.
So someone else initially tried to return the DS back to Wal-Mart. But instead of returning the merchandise, that person put some rocks instead?TheTrystero024Ive heard of people doing this. Ik someone that bought a ps3, took it out of the box, and put bricks inside the box and retunred it to walmart, they gave him credit and never checked inside the box.
Rats would have been better. If you fill a box with rocks it's heavy, but a box full of rats is heavy and rats! Also, how could they not notice, there's a hole in the back where you can see teh ds serial number,
I call fake...When you pick something up you can tell by the feel and sound if its rocks shaking around or something solid.
Reminds me of when a kid bought a PSP game but it turned out to be porn on a UMD. Must of been one hell of a suprise.

I remembered a similar incident when some kid bought Madden on the 360 and it turned out to be a "different" type of pornography.
Yeah, its happened at best buy before too. I worked in the computer department for about a year - we had this meeting regarding thefts. My best buy had 983274983274 DS's stolen it was pretty crazy; xbox 360's, too (and in the same way usually - we had an X360 box with a giant boulder in it)
Its not suprising its wal-mart if thats a clue, they continuely and often try to resell broken items as new and used items as new.
I've returned items before only to see them back on the shelf presented as new.
It was packed tight with newpaper, the rocks were in there to simulate the weight of the DS. I doubt this was a returned item though. One of the employees probably got himself a free DSI call fake...When you pick something up you can tell by the feel and sound if its rocks shaking around or something solid.

She's a mom who has probably never once played a videogame in her life. She probably thought the 'shaking' sound was normal. Or the rocks were so tightly compacted inside that it didn't shake at all.
That's the corniest thing I have ever heard but I lol'd. :lol:That's because the DS ROCKS!!!!
