Don't really need it. My CoD Advanced Warfare Xbox One 1TB is good enough for me and never I never ever care about the actual size of the Xbox One from the start.

I'll probably grab the 500g bundle. My launch X1 is slowly falling apart and I don't see it lasting past the holiday.

So the 500GB will be out on the August 23rd instead of December? Did MS actually listen to the people like me bitching?

Since Nintendo dropped the ball on NX looks like I'm stuck with one of the twins. I'll probably go with this and wait for PS5.

No, it was listed as December because it had no announced release date, just 2016.

Well they did say the more expensive models were releasing first but it sounds like that has changed.....which is good.

I also put my current X1 up for sale.

With the onset of Play Anywhere, i'm totally golden atm.

@Heil68: I was just checking prices myself. It would offset the cost of my 1070 nicely... So much so, that I might just grab the 1080.

I love my 1070, its playing everything on Ultra/max settings.

My uncle I rent from misses the X1 I used to have in his living room since I got my HDTV in apartment. May have to get him one for his Bday.

@Heil68: Ballin'. It would be a decent step above my 970, especially for the price. If I get a couple hundred for the Xbone (lol) then I might jump to the 1080, but that's $1000.

I'm only at 1080p anyway, so if i'm getting constant 60fps at that res, I have no issues.

@lundy86_4: if your on 1080p you dont need anything higher than a 980 or 1070. Both of them are even a bit overkill for 1080p heh

That 500GB Halo bundle looks awesome. Going with the 2TB though since with how big games are now 500GB doesnt go very far

@svaubel: Oh, for sure. It's nice to be able to max everything for the foreseeable future at solid frames. I mean, we always get at least one poorly optimized game, so i'd like to just throw a shit-ton of muscle at it.

I like the look of the console, and I almost pre-ordered one, but I'm going to get the Gears 2TB one instead. I can wait.

I'm not sure I need the "S" and a PS4 Neo this year. If the Neo plays 4K blurays I will pass on the "S" and wait for Scorpio. It would be nice to have a living room PS4 and XBO though...

It'll be years before I bother getting a 4ktv so this was a great time to get an OG Xbox one bundle cheap :)

That´s a nice looking console, at one time I planned getting it but never pulled the trigger, I ended purchasing both controllers.

This Xbox looks sexy as hell. Best looking Xbox to date IMO so far. I would make love to it if I could. Oh wait, I can....it has plenty of little holes right there on top.

Haha yup, they were planning for a December release but at last minute thought, "Let's make a few million of these and put them out in August instead" That's how console production works /s haha. But seriously look up placeholder dates bruh. I still <3 you!

The 500GB one seems to be a very good deal- I might throw caution to the winds and get that one instead of waiting for next year and Scorpio.

They are way too expensive for what they are. You are paying for what is essentially only part of a system if you already have an XB1/PS4 or a PC. This only seems like a good deal for people who are just now getting into gaming.
