I think this discussion has been done before. Nevertheless, I think Palpatine is because he evaded the Jedi right under their noses.

Id have to agree, the Jedi never even saw it coming, with whole Order 66 thing, Sidious took out all the Jedi but 2 that we know of.

yeah but it also makes him weaker, sidious had no feeling for anyone or anything allowing him to dominate

except for the part where jedi's managed to survive and the empire didnt have the rescources to maintain all the planets thus it failed.

vader were more agresive but sidious were more smart, i guess sidious were one of the best sith lords, he should have his tomb among the other sith masters and his own legend, i hope i could remember the name of the planet( i forgot ssssh.iit), well is on kotor
