With today's youth being more and more influenced by Japanese culture, I almost get the feeling that people wouldn't be surprised to see a guy dressed up like Tidus or a girl dressed up like Rinoa just walking around their school. I go to college, so of course, it would be a tad bit strange to see someone dressed up like that walking around our business school and all.....but I think in a high school, it could be possible. With that being said, which Final Fantasy Character could you see best fitting in with your fellow classmates considering today's fashion sense and current trends. Also, consider the personalities of the characters you choose, obviously something like Quina wouldn't be a very appropriate answer to this question....unless the environment you go to school in has some serious issues....
The characters from FFVIII are obviously the safe choice, cause Square was aiming for a more modern, college style in that game. Try to pick the not so obvious character...Personally, I would go with Squall, just to be safe, but a character more out there that I would pick would be Zidane. Vests seem to be coming back in from what I've seen in clothing stores around the city I live in, and Sea Blue is a colour I do see quite a bit now a days. I think his lady-killer, care-free attitude suites todays youth fairly well, while his help-others approach to things isn't that uncommon to find. Plus, a lot of guys are wearing their hair long now a days....so I guess I wouldn't be that shocked to see someone dressed up like that...
