The Pats and Moss are just finishing up a 3 year - 27 million dollar contract.

This is on ESPNEWS right now, I'll post the link when it's up

Not a big shock. If the dude wants a chance to win the SB it isn't like there are a lot of teams who you know have a chance who will give him a contract.

Go figure. Moss was a big help with their long passing game.

Good fit for him to stay - good pay good team. Probaly could had gotten that extra million a year but with a lesser team.

they really had to keep Randy Moss---he made that receiving core dangerous cause of double teams. And PAT fans would of been really pissed to see Moss go. You can bet on it that Brady had something to say with keeping Moss on the team.

I kinda figured they would scoop him up after they let Samuel walk.

Good signing by the Pats.

Randy Moss wasn't going anywhere. He was just trying to increase his market value by seeing what teams like the Colts and Cowboys would pay for him.

supposedly the eagles offered moss more money than the pats but he turned them down because the pats give him the best chance to win

Yeah, I heard that too but I doubt the Colts or Cowboys offered him more money or I'm not so sure he would still be with the Pats although Moss on either of those teams sounds like a disaster because of his giant ego.

Well, the door is now open for the Eagles to trade for Roy Williams or Larry Fitzgerald.
